All it takes is the swipe of a finger. We connect with friends. We buy the latest gadgets and gear. We find out what’s happening in the world. But with that same simple swipe, we cast an increasingly expansive shadow. With each connection, we leave a digital trail that tracks our every move and milestone, our every like and dislike. And it’s not just people. Today, all major cities are networked. Urban infrastructures are monitored and controlled by complex operating systems.
In Watch_Dogs, this system is called the Central Operating System (CTOS) - and it controls almost every piece of the city’s technology and holds key information on all of the city’s residents.
You play as Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former thug, whose criminal past led to a violent family tragedy. Now on the hunt for those who hurt your family, you'll be able to monitor and hack all who surround you by manipulating everything connected to the city’s network. Access omnipresent security cameras, download personal information to locate a target, control traffic lights and public transportation to stop the enemy…and more.
Use the city of Chicago as your ultimate weapon and exact your own style of revenge.

Hey, Juliette! It's nice to see you begin a new game in 2024. I hope you enjoy it!!😊 However, I thought it would be fun for me to look at your 2023 playthroughs. Sorta my personal 2023 JULIETTE PLAYTHROUGH AWARDS!😁. Yeah, it's goofy, but that's me. Obviously, it's only playthroughs that I watched and only games that you began in 2023. Here we go!! FAVORITE JULIETTE PLAYTHROUGH OF AN OL' SCHOOL GAME: This was a pretty easy choice for me. I have to go with GTA San Andreas. I know there was some frustrating moments for you (Supply Lines..LOL) but it was so much fun watching you play an old favorite of mine. I remain impressed with how quickly you picked up on the fact that there was something up with Big Smoke FAVORITE JULIETTE PLAYTHROUGH OF AN INDIE GAME: Another pretty easy choice. I've got to go with Return of the Obra Dinn. It's such a unique experience and I loved the art design, voice acting and how a seemingly mundane task becomes more and more intriguing as you have to play detective to figure out a very bizarre mystery. What made your playthrough special is that despite your chastising yourself, you did a great job! So much better than I did at the game FAVORITE JULIETTE PLAYTHROUGH OF A GAME I HAD NEVER PLAYED: Yet another easy choice. I loved all your CoD playthroughs, but CoD Modern Warfare 2 just stands out FAVORITE LOL MOMENT FROM A JULIETTE PLAYTHROUGH: This was the hardest. I can watch you shoot your allies in CoD all day😄. There are a ton of hilarious moments in GTA Vice City. I'm specifically thinking of your many attempts to escape the mall with Lance Vance. lol. However, for me, nothing surpasses that moment in GTA San Andreas when you are attempting to hide and you actually say - "I don't think they can find me here. I'm safe" - only to slowly watch as things spiral more and more out of control going from bad to worse to disaster...as you automobile explodes and you fail the mission🤣 It was a great 2023 in your playthroughs, Juliette. Thank You!

For real, the humor in this game, as little as there is, feels much less forced and more funny than the humor in Watch Dogs 2 and Legion 🤣 I guess it's better to have serious game with few comedic moments, than comedic game with few serious moments

This game is a prime example of gaming community being their own worst enemies. I am so glad, I didn't listen to the online reviews and gave this game a try. Tips: there's a lot of audio files as collectibles in game, they are useful if you want to learn more of story, they are missible so take a good look in these missions

Tips: when you aim to a criminal with your phone in "potencial crime" side mission, you gonna watch the probability bar, when be red, then you interrupt the crime

Yes! This is one of my favorite game. The atmostphere, the story, the characters, it's all so great. Aiden himself also reminds me of Max Payne as well. Really glad you're enjoying this.

So excited for this, one of my favourites from Ubisoft. The gameplay, the highly urban and industrial city and Aiden Pearce make this one of my most memorable gaming experiences. Along with the fact that I believe I bought my ps4 bundled with this game so it was the first I played on the new machine.

This is such a pleasant surprise! I played this myself just a couple years ago, and absolutely loved Chicago as an open world. It's quite beautiful, atmospheric, and just a little bit gritty. I didn't care much for Aiden at first, but I definitely warmed up to him as the story progressed and he interacted with more characters.

I remember when it came out and how it looked super cool but I never got it at that point in my life, Played it for the first time last year! Looking forward to watching you play it! Reviews when this game came out were not positive towards Aiden, but when I played the game way after it came out, I found Aiden Pearce to be an interesting and tragic character. What a great game.

OMG Watch Dogs!!! I've been waiting for you to play this game 🤩This game from Ubisoft is so underrated, because some people don't appreciate the protagonist that much, Aiden Pearce. Actually, he is the most badass protagonist I've seen because he reminds me of Batman. I love the dark concept of this game, plus the hacking was pretty cool like you can hack everywhere like money 😂 Actually, that's what I've been doing at first before doing a mission. I'm so happy you played this such a hidden gem!!!! I remember when I first played this, I had no idea what was going on but as the game progresses I started to love it. Speaking of vehicles, funny you mentioned that. As later in my game, I have to get and deliver vehicles to the import/export garages in gta 3. And I have to deliver nearly every single car for 100%. And I will do that when I unlock the final island in the game. 😁

A heads up Juliette. There’s no health pickups if you are looking for that. Your health regenerates overtime and sadly, there’s no way to increase the amount of damage you can take. Which is a shame that I wish there was something like that or an armor system at least 😊

Hi Juliette! 👋 *Happy New Year* to you again! The start of a new year brings the start of a new game... Let's gooooo!! I'm looking forward to seeing what this is all about, as I know nothing at all! Well, I can tell you the opening stadium section was so tense for me just watching, so it must have been even more so for you! You really had to think on your feet at the start, as one wrong decision could have ended in disaster! I'm intrigued, curious, and excited to find out where the boundaries lie in this game, between what you can and can't get away with before becoming unstuck! For example, will you be able to continually steal money from innocent ppl (animal shelter ppl excluded, of course)? Or, will this catch up with you further into the game? 🤔 It's gonna be a ton of fun finding out the right or wrong way! So far, though, you can pretty much do what the heck you like, with no questions asked! Idk, the hacker being hacked?! You'd have thought they would operate under a code of honour, but I guess that code must also have got hacked! Lol 🤣 What a great start to this year's gaming campaign. I love that you sort of have to learn as you go. It really ramps up the stakes and makes it even more tense 🤣 if you want a relaxing time, don't play this haha! I hope you continue to enjoy, Pete! JULIETTE!!! This is one that I suggested at some point, and Im sure others have too. A big surprise, I think you'll like this game and the second one too. This will be so fun to watch because I don't remember all the ins and outs of the story so I am happen to relearn it. I can not believe this game came out 10 years ago. This is one of the only games I ever pre-ordered

There’s a reputation meter in this game. It determines what the public sees Aiden. Whether negative or positive. You can increase it by doing positive things like taking in people alive by take down with your baton. Or decrease it by causing mayhem. 😊❤️. It’s your choice Juliette

Ahh yes, I remember your audience really wanted you to play this game but I'm more than surprised you have started your adventure with Aiden Pearce 💯 This is one of my favorite game to be honest and so far my experience by completing the entire storyline several times was awesome and I hope you enjoy this game along with the storyline 🌟 It's great you have started Watch Dogs in 2024 and yet it surprised me since this is one of my favorite open-world game. It is similar to GTA with regards to cars and the driving but it's really cool! It seems to be a lot of puzzle and stealth aspects as well, which is fun 😸

And to let you know what I did so far in my gta 3 100% playthrough. I did 45 out of 73 missions story and pay phones. Collected 68 out of 100 hidden packages. 12 out of 20 stunt jumps. Completed all 12 levels of paramedic and I got unlimited sprint! Completed 100 taxi fares! 😊. Completed 13 out of 20 rampages. And completed 2/3 of vigilante and firefighters. And almost done with RC. ❤️

No way you're playing this! It's one of my favorite games! I would recommend you to download a factions redux mod because it makes the escaping from police and such more fun, but it could be overwhelming so it should be better to play without mods for the first time. I hope you enjoy this game as much as I did! Have fun with it!

what a fun way to start the year! with your own personal Y2K! happy new year Juliette! 🎉🎉🎉 so Watch Dogs is finally on the channel, huh? some things are simply better left to wait... everybody remembers the first demo at E3 2012 and then the huge downgrade made by Ubisoft and then the constant comparisons with GTA...but I think the game has its own thing and the gameplay aged really well after all these years!

"We gotta go shopping" lol I bet you were disappointed when you found out in shops there are basically the same clothes only with different textures. Fortunately on PC that is fixed by "living city mod" where we can have more clothes etc. It enhances the game a lot.

26:27 you don't have much customization (clother wise) as at this time ubisoft was still kinda experimenting on this area if i remember, in watch dogs 2 and legion i think there was more customization if i remember correctly xD

If you were offline it would have said something like your network is off. Not the game Aiden himself. Then you wouldn't have to do the fixer contract. A cool detail.

Watch Dogs is such an underrated game. I love the character development of the main protagonist. Hope you love it too and Happy New Year 🥳 Oh and one thing, those Online Contract things are actually online and the people you hacked are actual players, That's why he got you so quick and killed you with one shot😂. So you will need to play smart to do those contracts.
