Note:-
* Add very little amount of cold water, if you add too much water to grind malai then butter will turn soft.
* In case butter/makkhan turns soft after a minute of grinding then do not worry. Just add more water and you will notice that makhan/butter floating on top. So, It's ok if it's too soft.
* Grind malai on low speed (no.1 speed) and not on high speed.
* it takes around 1/2 minute or 1 minute.to separate butter.and buttermilk.
* After a few seconds of grinding always check if it's ready.
* Once malai turns into curd, refrigerate it overnight and next day ready to make butter. You can directly use malai curd to grind and so not required to wait until it normal room temperature.
