That agency-invested leads part makes a lot of sense and I imagine there's a bit of a discount. A bit off-topic but how do you feel about the spam/scam caller ID problem. My research shows that triple dialing and NOT leaving a message is a great way to be IDed as spam/scam and in effect, burning your leads be they a dollar or 60 dollars. What are your thoughts about these common industry practices in an age of SCAM/SPAM ID AND BLOCKING? Anyone?
