If i could change anything I would probably make it so Quartech only energy charged if it was on a parts marker and that the forge would put a token in the order zone when constructing so you have to commit and means the opponent has some cool counter play. But yeah had a lot of fun designing it and I'm glad you like it. :D
God... This brings back my childhood... I remember playing around with a custom clan when I was younger. The Forlorn Solidarity was a clan whos playstyle gimmick was being "alone" on the Battlefield. I can't remember them all, but here are a few examples of what I can remember: Here is the information from what I can remember: Ray of Hope, Dochas - Grade 1 || Forlorn Solidarity - Ghost || 5k Shield // 6k Power [CONT](RC): While you have a Vanguard and this unit is in the back row, this unit does not count as existing on (RC) for the purpose of effects (it can still trigger or be targeted by effects or be attacked and destroyed). [AUTO](RC): When this unit boosts a Vanguard and you do not control any Rearguard units, the boosted unit gets [Power]+4000 until end of that battle. The major idea was that there was a lone solidary knight (the main ride chain) that was accompanied by ghosts and memories of his past. So even while alone, he will never lose hope.
Dammit, knew there’d be a damn typo on one of those cards lol. As for the G1 of the Favrneel rideline, I mentioned in the big text dump comment that I wanted it to be a reference to a False Prophet, fooling the enemy’s units and luring them in to be sacrificed for the Devil, hence the call to RC. The paralysis would be the prophet draining the life force from those units, all at the cost of consuming souls with no value (ie G0s). But glad you liked them, it was a community effort in all honesty 👍
Hello fenrir guy here stand trigger and haleos Amenna (It should have only been once) Haleos ( Revelation-X was to basically do a masive soul charge or know what you are going to do with the top card's of the deck) The part of haleos that drew i was debating whether to leave the draw since gholl had the draw added. At the end, i meant that i simply think those cards are good. (Finally the cont in the g3 fenrir is to be used in premium for the g3 that asks for Mythical Beast Fenrir to stride and provide markers) Tx for the feedback If i probably were to fix it per feedback Gholl would only cc 1 And i would return the draw to Haleos in the Restand.
ok i wrote like a 20 line comment but I think it got blocked since it had a link to a card soo uhh I'll just sum it up quickly this time Big fan of Fenrir, good cards if Tahro is actually hard once per turn if not we have nightmare fuel Few things to point out, Medusa was already a card back in G and was primarily used in the Fenrir deck in zero. One thing about the G4 Fenrir, is that under the current text, he also modifies his own Revelation ability To be usable since it can only be used on RC. One thing I didn't really like about some of the cards is how its not really that different from the original, mostly the G3 fenrir, instead of having a Gb4 on attack ability which is probably never going to be used, there could have been another ability to round out and support the primary Strategy, or just another flexible/defensive tool.
That's fair, though imo them being similar is thematically fitting though then again your point stands. Heck thinking about it new effects would be helpful for getting more interesting combos, but these do have *some* new things to offer, particularly Gjoll's CC effect is quite nice and give the deck a high impact soul target.
Ok I gotta say, I think Favrneel Revaan's divine skill is a bit too expensive. Needing to be grade 6 makes it a turn 5 skill already, the three rearguards into soul cards is acceptable, but CB3 seems like it's not guaranteed to be used. Favrneel's CB for a drive and crit is optional sure, but you still have to consider your other units having CB costs as well. And the only dark states card that can CC needs 10 soul cards to proc. I might be underestimating the resource management, but it really seems like you need to be careful with that management to be able to use the divine skill
Yo, I’m the guy that made the Favrneel cards. Appreciate the feedback, but I’ve actually done it on purpose that way so you need to be mindful of resources and balance throughout the game. You will have other options beyond Selfish Engraver to CC such as Brick Guardner who CCs if you have four or more facedown cards in damage, and Eligos who’s Favrneel’s dedicated CC support. You can also use the DS cat if you’re super worried about CC in the long run, but that is part of how I wanted to make the cards, give some build flexibility for heavy CB builds with plentiful CC options or you play it safe (like I would) and just manage based on game state
I found it when I decided to make a custom standard deck inspired by fang of light, Garmore. (I looked up all the Gaon, Mya, Myu, Bau, My and Gal units for inspiration and so I don't accidentally make a unit with the same exact name)
