On today's call we talk about:

One way for real estate agents to generate free leads by marketing other agents' real estate listings is through a process known as "co-marketing."
Here are the steps involved in co-marketing:
Find an agent who has a listing that you would like to market. You can search for listings on real estate websites, or you can attend open houses to find listings in your area.
Reach out to the listing agent and propose a co-marketing partnership. In this partnership, you will market the listing to your database of contacts, and the listing agent will do the same for you.
Once the partnership is established, create marketing materials for the listing. This could include creating a dedicated landing page on your website, sending out emails to your database, and promoting the listing on social media.
Monitor the results of your marketing efforts. This will allow you to see which strategies are working and which are not, so you can adjust your approach as needed.
Follow up with any leads that come in from your marketing efforts. Be sure to thank them for their interest and offer to answer any questions they may have about the property or the real estate market in general.
By following these steps, real estate agents can generate leads for free by marketing other agents' listings, while also building relationships with other agents in their area.

I do this every week. Never had an agent say no, but had one call the sellers for permission because of special circumstances. I AlWAYS ask first. It’s more than a courtesy in my state… we are required to have written permission by their brokerage. I’m very clear in posting the name and link to listing brokerage and agent as not to misrepresent the listing I see a lot of new agents promoting listings with MLS pics without crediting the firm or agent and photographer. I take my own pics and videos with permission. It’s a win-win but there are advertising and copyright rules to remember
