The only problem with every single thing you're suggesting is that... it's none of those things. It is only your washing machine. There is no reason for it to have stopped working like that out of the blue after a couple of years of ownership. But I have a theory. My theory is that LG manufactured their machines to break or go down after a couple years so the people would have to go and buy more. There's nothing wrong with that wall sockets . There's nothing wrong with our Breakers. Probably nothing wrong with the machine other than you guys programmed it to go down so we have to buy more. That's my theory anyway.

If machine doesn't start: 1) Unplug from wall 2) Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. 3) Press and hold start button for 5 seconds. 4) Plug back into wall. You should hear the dinging that indicates there's power!

Useless video. I needed troubleshooting tips for the washer not turning on. Not troubleshooting tips for an outlet not working. I already KNEW how to troubleshoot an outlet!

@@LGUSASupport If you respected the honest review, you would actually fix the video or take it down instead of plugging your different social media accounts and trying to have your customers that are having real issue reach out to your customer support so you can have them call one of your “authorized” dealers to address a 10 second issue and charge them a few hundred dollars.

WASTE OF TIME. BASICALLY VIDEO SAYS NOTHING ABOUT YOUR MACHINE AND TELLS YOU TO CHECK AND SEE IF IT PLUGGED IN, then check your outlet, then check your circuit breaker, etc. LG~ Your patronizing lack of acknowledgement of a serious issue with you machines shows a lack of respect for your customers. It would be better to not post this video than to waste our time and speak down to us like we are morons and then never even address the issue of what if it is your machine. If you are having an issue, go to another source (don’t waste your time on this 7 minute video).
