Anxiety absolutely goes away. I suggest getting your mineral levels checked. Magnesium, potassium are just 2 of many markers that can cause anxiety when deficient. I suffered horrific anxiety in 2018. My Doctor sent me for a full blood panel. I was severely deficient in magnesium and iron and my sodium/potassium levels were off. I completely changed my diet and within 6 months - I was back to normal. Since then, I have met 100’s of people that were the same or worse than I was. They reversed it as well. Most people only check BP, blood sugars, cholesterol and triglycerides. Get your mineral levels checked yearly as well. Thank you for sharing your story. ❤️

Marika, I am so happy that you are doing so much better! It is funny, I was just wondering how that all went, and here you explain! You do a very good job at explaining. Glad you got through those first few months of the depression. I was wondering about that. Hormones are so much fun. I hope you and K stay happy and healthy the rest of this year, and I hope you really get to enjoy the upcoming holidays. xoxo
