As someone who has studied, lived and traveled both in the UK/Western Europe and the US (now settled in California), there is simply no comparison between the two continents. The UK/Europe is much more beautiful and rich in history/culture than the US Also, while the countryside does look lovely/pristine in the winter, the beauty of the countryside in the summer is beyond compare. So please do consider making another trip in the summer. In the summer, every country pub you see will be covered in bright, colorful flowers, hedges in the countryside will be full of wild, edible blackberries/raspberries and the hills are carpeted in emerald green grass. Traveling in the summer is expensive because it is peak travel season. But the beauty of UK/Western Europe is worth the money you spend.

It was wonder working for that company during that time and had the chance to visit UK London and Welham garden city. Real country to visit or to stay. Enjoy your visit and enjoy maximum. if possible, have a group for 3-4 and visit to TUBE services and in out London for whole day for great price. TESCO no 1 in UL for retail and is great company to work.. Loved it.
