You are doing so well, be proud of yourself I remember when my Jordan was born. My Labour was only 15 minutes long. I was home a few hours later and did the ironing. I had 2 children already. Il be 66 years old in January. We had 6 children in the end xx

2 children is better than 1, the first child isn't so lonely and when they play its just the cutest! Also, enjoy it. Its not as hard as you think. You just adapt

Option for your pea gravel… just cover it with concrete to make a patio. That way you won’t have to pay for it to be removed and you wouldn’t have to pay for more rock to use as a foundation under concrete. Also concrete patio would be super easy to sweep/blow off leaves🙂

Girl I’m right there with you. We just moved from Virginia to Indiana 2 months ago, and our new house yard was (and still is) a project. Patchy grass. Weeds EVERYWHERE. A shed that needs to be fixed. We had to do ALOT just to get it decent. But it’s so worth it.

I’m loving your decor ! We just redecorated our apartment in November and now we are moving into a house with my dad. He lives alone and has a big house so we get save up some money to hopefully buy a house soon. Not the setup I pictured but we’ve been praying to move into a house with a yard for our kids for awhile. I’ve been so happy watching your journey of buying a house and hoping for the same for my family. So happy we get yards for our kiddos. Apartments are so hard with a family.

There’s a product called mulch glue that you could try on the gravel it’s supposed to be an adhesive but it still allows the water to drain without the gravel moving around.

Nicole you look so good sweetie! The house is looking so pretty 😍 Maybe you can put the rubber mulch under the swing set just a thought. Get those dirt catch rugs to put by the doors leading into the house from the back yard they do help with sand and dirt I can't stand dirt tracked in so I have them at all my outside doors! Would you make an updated postpartum essentials video? Curious what you have change with each if anything, especially since you said this was your hardest recovery. Also, try mulch glue for the pea gravel to keep it in place!

Honestly I’m so grateful for your pregnancy / postpartum vlogs these videos helped so much. You can spray mulch glue over the pea gravel to keep it from tracking into the house!!! It’s a great cost effective solution, even if it’s only temporary I’ve seen many videos of people doing it on tiktok

I recommend the ergo baby bouncer! It comes with a newborn insert that I wish I had early with my first baby girl. We got it when she was around 5 months so we still got great use out of it but it would’ve been awesome to have! We had originally bought a cheep one and wow the difference! The recline feature is so easy too!! One handed ability! It’s $199 and they ergo baby offers first responders/ military etc. discount so hint hint maybe someone can help ya out ;) my husband is in the army so it helped out with the price ! But now I’m expecting baby #2 and it’s a boy and the amazing thing is that they have separate bouncer replacements so I can’t wait to get him a more boy/neutral color instead of her pink one we got☺️ those run $79
