Bondi Rescue follows the work of the elite professional Lifeguards who patrol Australia’s busiest beach. This is Australia’s real life Baywatch! Taking the viewers on their journey through mass rescues, drownings, resuscitations, shark sightings, and all number of the weird and wonderful experiences Bondi Beach dishes up.
In #BondiRescue the audience sees the action through the eyes of real characters and #lifeguards like Hoppo, Deano, Reidy, Jesse, Maxi, Whippet and Harries, as they catch thieves, perform CPR, make drug busts, break up fights, and even handle a navy bomb that washes ashore one afternoon. Nah mate hes English, we loose a hand and lament it over a tea and biscuits. If we casually say " i cant say its very comfortable" it means take me outside and shoot me im done with life. If we say "this doesnt look good" it means i wasnt expecting to die today, but alas the end is upon me.

@@scottdonovan4841 normally when I go see a doctor, they say 10 is like giving birth or getting a member amputated without medicine which makes no sense because not everyone knows the pain you feel when you give birth or get your arm ripped from your body

Just gotta say... As my mom has mobility & balance issues, and can no longer walk on the beach (without falling), it was pretty awesome to see a wheelchair that can be used ON the beach... I wish I had thought of something like that before. If we had one of those she could still enjoy the water - the ocean - that she loves, back in Nova Scotia where she's from. . . Wish I'd known about those kind of wheelchairs before!

Hey! My mom's from P.E.I and my family and I visit frequently through the year. I absolutely love to be on the beach and I have mobility issues so I relate to your mum. Out of curiosity, whereabouts is she from? My family and I have been around Nova Scotia and most of the beaches we were on were rocky

@@amandasnider2644 - Hello! My mom is from the Yarmouth area. I've only had the chance to visit NS a few times (to memory... as a baby doesn't count. lol), and I honestly cannot remember if the beaches were rocky or not - it's been 10+ years since I was at a beach (for swimming)... The last beach I was at, which was 5? years ago now, was nearby where my Grandpère was living at, before his passing in 2020. :(... My parents are making a trip soon, but I think the priority will be visiting Grandmère, and visiting Grandpère's gravesite, as we weren't able to attend his funeral. Back to the beaches, what I do remember of the beaches though - they were awesome. As I've lived in the Prairies all my life, lakes are the only other water-body I can compare to the north Atlantic ocean, which isn't much of a comparison. lol

I wish America had beaches like this! Protected , serious lifeguards on duty to watch over the swimmers like these guys are gals do. There would be more tourists visiting American beaches, more money into the resorts. People and sharks all safe. People able to enjoy the beaches without fear. Hats off to Bondi beach lifeguards !🎉

Aa a kid growing up near a coast, I learned how to swim for my life after my seafaring uncle yeets me to the water and told me to float and helped me how to swim. Now I often sit by the beach and sometimes go for a long swim or fish.

I work at my lifeguarding station, and this is very unlikely, but still possible. What i do is mostly chill and i dont do rescues that Much as its a small town and mainly adults with no children.

When I was scuba diving in The Maldives, I got caught in a rip. The plan was to swim from the beach over the coral reefs in the shallow coastal water, and dive down to the volcanic drop off ledge reef Maldives is famous for. While swimming out I got caught in a rip, and I was aware to swim across if in that situation, but the force of the water pulling us out so strong it was very difficult for my buddy and I. We eventually managed to swim across it but the swell pounded me onto rocks and coral which cut me badly in the shallow water.
