A huge factor for me was inflammation causing depression. I take herbal aspirin (derived from willow bark, ten bucks at the local health food store), and the difference is night and day. Ditto nutritional yeast and brewer's yeast for the B vitamins, so now I am also getting sleep again, wow! Thx for having this discussion, as I am still working on the brain fog. I am TRYING to have purpose, but that went out the window with menopause--(and the disruption of the Pandemic didn't help much!). But there is a cure for everything. 😊

Blessings to you! Thank for addressing this new phase in a women’s life. Our bodies go through many changes as we go from the first half of our life to the next and nice to see more doctors and female professionals talking about it. We can use all the help to navigate these periods of our life.🙏🏾

I'm 64... I'm sorry females start brain fog from puberty...it just gets worse as we get older and our bodies go through all the challenges of hormones.. Just an opinion..be gentle with yourselves, eat well, stay healthy in your well-being as much as possible..breath, good luck 🙏❤️

When we refer to a plant-based diet here, we do not mean excluding meat. We mean to include lots of plant-based whole foods, as well as good quality animal protein
