Katie is a bad ass. Love to see it. And camrin is right. There's nothing we can't do. Having human indurence is awesome. And so many people never tap into their potential
She is amazing, and so are you mate, working hard is an amazing quality, only I can point out for Katie is while she is shooting her wrist is vertical, makes it easy for the arm to move around especially when you pull the trigger, have her rotate it to more of a horizontal posture and it will put the pressure on the whole arm rather than the majority of it being on her wrist, well done though.

The bad sleep comment would have been owing to having that cold plunge so late in the day as they wake you up and i am wired for hours after having them. Tough young lady !

I've watched Cam's content over the years but fell away after watching a few of the Run, Lift, Shoot series. The RU-vid algorithm put it in my feed so I watched this one. What struck me in this video was the endless f-bombing that Cam did to Katie. It's like he just couldn't think of anything interesting to say, so his constant fallback was profanity. Fine to call me old school, no problem, but it's just simple respect for women not to use the foul language.
