Hi there. Looks so yummy. Tried making this today and even though each paratha swelled, there was still raw dough in the middle. Any tips? Also, is your flour self-rising flour and can I use a rising agent? Thanks!!
I used only whole wheat flour. You don’t have to use any rising agent. Most probably it should have been kept a little longer in low flame to avoid raw dough in the middle.

Log try ni karte but nuks nikaalte,pasand ho to banao aapki marzi hai varna chodo ab sochne ki baat hai ye chz kitni beneficial hai agar aapke paas tawa na ho to aap fry pan ko use karke roti banaa sakte aisi bas thoda aur sek lo hogaya aur kya 😄
