Why is there a need to call the FBI in to investigate crimes in Texas. I think it’s quite evident, they are corrupt in Texas at the highest level of your justice system.
People, if you want your vote to count find out how your election Board and all people that are put Ina position to oversee the process that they are following the rules that your legislative body has put in place. If you see anything that might be out of place or unusual or suspicious at the election polling places, call the sherrifs dept immediately after. Make an official complaint and make sure it is documented. Also make additional complaints if it is not followed up by that department. That is their responsibility to police the elections when reports are made on possible election laws are being ignored or broken.

Try the activist who fight for the rights of prisoners/criminals/murders/rapists. I hear/see them daily wanting all prisons/jails closed and want rehab/hugs/love instead of behind bars. I lived in Houston for a couple of years. I had to move out because of the crime. I’ve been following this group for years. They are great people and genuinely care about victims. There is one judge that needs to be in prison. She is the devil in a robe. Keep up the great work guys ❤️

The victims from these bogus bail schemes should not only sue the bail bond agencies but they should also sue the judges for being co-party or coconspiriters to these actions.

You telling me people out on bond for murder attempted murder vicious crimes repeated offenders getting out on a $100-$150 PR bonds. These people are gaining off people in pain suffering Center Point leaving people days without lights aware of how horrible this society is. The morale is low and it's unfortunate it's people in high places included. It's so bad after serving 40 years in law enforcement he wouldn't even refer his child to come behind him due to his awareness of the state this world is in its global.
They are saying they wouldn't have been able to afford the bonds and didn't have sufficient cosponsors and the bond company AAble was helping them make fraudulent claims to get the bond approved. He also said they were accepting 3% instead of 10%. So I guess if the criminals that bonded out had more money or their families had better jobs then no crime would have been committed. It's pretty weird.
April needs to be the mayor, governor, senator or a congressman (hopefully Republican) she is obviously competent and has true character and passion, this is the type of person we need in a powerful leadership role.

For years it was so obvious what was going on, especially in the Diamond Alverze case, how horrible for the victims!! all you have to do is follow the money trail as with anything else. This shouldn't be no surprise, even to the bail bond speaker guy, if you couldn't see what was going down your blind. After decades, hell a century of mass incarceration I think letting up is long overdue. That said, violent offenders being charged with murder that are caught red handed should not get bail. Same for rapists, pedos, and all other serious felonies.

If the criminals had more money then no crime would have been committed. The problem is they were bonding out violent criminals that couldn't afford it without fraudulent bonds. So I guess the judges set the bond high to prevent them from bonding but due to the fraudulent bonds they end up getting released.

Kim Ogg tried to buy herself a landing mat a couple of days ago maybe it was yesterday or day before when she came out with that they had done something unprecedented and sees $30,000 and somebody's commissary account because of dealing drugs inside the Harris county jail.. she definitely had a tip that this was coming down the pipe and tried to make it look like something was being done. The Harris county jail is a wreck The Houston criminal system is a wreck We have great first responders that have decided to stay in the game and are doing the best that they can do but with people like the former mayor Turner and people like Ogg.. what a crap show
I'm about 40% into this conference and I still don't know exactly what has happened. Why can't they begin the conference by summarizing what occurred. I kind of get the gist of it, but just barely. Did the bail bondsmen violate any laws? What is a "fraudulent bond"? They're not really explaining early enough in the conference what occurred. The majority of the public does not know how bail bonds work. I keep my nose clean and stay away from the riff raff. 🤷🏼♂️

It’s supposed to be bonds based on the fact that letting people out on bond that will not go out and do the crimes again. If there’s a chance they are going to break the violent crime again they don’t get out. The laws are there to protect society.
Simple get rid of bail bonds , if someone is a danger to society they should be held till trial rather than being given the opportunity to buy their way out. As it stands it's a big money maker , so greed will inevitably come into play . Corners will be cut , rules bent and the system become a mockery , as apparently these recent raids and arrests show.
