I must say all three ceremonies were very much the Carter style and reputation, substance and simplicity.

She has been one of my heroes since I was a teenager. May her memory be for a blessing, zichronah livrachah, and may God comfort President Carter and her family among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

What a lovely service and tribute to a great lady. But SHAME ON ABC NEWS for allowing RU-vid to insert ads! The pastor's sermon was interrupted by ads 4-5 times, which is utterly disrespectful. Rest in peace, Ms. Carter, as the angels carry you home.

I was a young man during the Carter Presidency and looked upon it as a failure. But to go home to Georgia and start the Carter center and do what the Carter’s have done since is a testament to a life well lived. She was an incredible person that simply lived her faith.

This woman deserved a much more beautiful send-off!

Glory be to God! The Carters were an amazing team! They served the Lord and the world with what God placed on their hearts much more after they left the White House. I remember as a little girl my mom was sad that they lost the re-election but I think our Heavenly Father had a greater plan for them. I think I we need to be reminded what these two humble servants did. Just think what we ALL can do if want to choose to also heed the call the our father in heaven places in our hearts to do to serve mankind. RIP Mrs Carter! Thank you for all you did to make the world a better place. Mr Carter thank you for being a great example of a loving and kind husband, father, Leader, and humanitarian.

My first reaction upon seeing this (after having watched the official funeral in Atlanta) was, "Wow, that's got to be draining on the family to do two services plus a burial." But this one was more relaxed, without dignitaries, the Carters' children seated with their spouses in the home church. My thoughts are with them. RIP, Mrs. Carter.

Why this inconsiderate, rude and unnecessary behavior while trying to watch this on my cell phone? If you think I am going patronize you business you have better shot at being the first person(s) on Mars. This was an ABC NEWS telecast I was watching on my cell phone. I wonder how many interruptions people watching on actual TV had to endure.
