@@jimbeam-ru1my #1 insults are not needed in your reply and it did keep the courts honest. If you remember Peter and Papa said that the judge’s ruling could have also come down to wanting to keep the integrity because of how high profile this case is now. So yes I stand by my statement.

Because she recused the Ganville! He is a fellow judge and donated $2000 to her election. Of course she is going to word it in the nicest way possible.

And his dad is praising her add saying she did a good job.. when what she really did was whitewash misconduct by the judge and prosecution. She seems to have forgotten that the accused are sitting in jail at burning through money. The judge and the prosecutor tag team to Copeland to get him to say what they wanted

Between this case and the SP in the Baldwin case, it's been interesting.

Judges don't have spines anymore and thats why we get garbage situations like this. She clearly just as corrupt and unethical as Glanville.

How do you feel about the Delphi case? Frankly I think it is as bad as this one in terms of judicial and prosecutorial misconduct but I've mostly done administrative and regulatory work so I am not used to the realities of defense work.

That would still be a win for the prosecution & judge. They can get re-elected & claim that they only got off on a "loophole" when the truth is obviously massive corruption was used to prosecute these individuals who may or may not be actually guilty.

Thats been my point since all this went down.. They will burn through another 2-3 milllion in tax payer funds between all of the associated costs before this is over.. And they are doing that knowing FULL WELL that if there is a conviction it'll be tossed eventually 100%.. It's criminal.. but the worst part is somehow.. Fulton voters will still keep putting these DA's / Judges and other elected officials in office

That witness was going to testify to killing someone. How on earth did that failure to disclose not give an advantage to the state? It was a tactical advantage that defense could have benefitted from. I disagree- he was wrong to allow this mtg.
