@@kendall539it is allowed in most states even in restaurants. However, if I remember this right, it has to be your child or you have to have custody of them; Not your child and their friend(s). A bar I worked at in the ‘90’s would not allow it, nor would they allow a married couple to have a drink if one was over 21 and the other wasn’t. Although, I worked at a bar in Florida that would allow it.

I noticed at 38:34 something strange. Look at the last msg she typed on Feb 20th 2022 at 7:09pm. She randomly sent message " on a zoom" ??? Where is any messages prior to that and why did she reply to what (or was previous texts deleted)?
They have all been coached really well. Sometimes they are avoiding any risk of perjury charges. Sometimes they're coached to say that simply because it keeps the defense from introducing impeachment evidence. I can't get over how well Lally knows this case. How well he controls what evidence comes in. Because it means he has to know Karen Read is innocent and just doesn't see it as a problem.
The timing of things is starting to get really suspicious. I find it hard to believe that every single time there is a prosecution witness on the stand that testified to some things they're going to have a very hard time trying to explain on cross that they always conveniently break for lunch or for the day. Giving the prosecutors plenty of time to coach them on what questions are going to be coming on cross and how they need to answer them.

He asked her if she knew how to delete messages and change the time and date and explained how to do that and she said “Yep.” And realizes she f’ed up and immediately said Now I know that, and I didn’t do that. The Yep was an admittance she knew how to do that.

why don't the defence subpoena mobile phone data. the operators log which cell tower the phone is near, shows position of phone within 150-300 meters. all phone operators log this location data. police use this often to see where criminals go. ...... except for this case LOL

Absolutely shocking they allowed this text message to be viewed by the jury however the electronic tagging of Ali's car was brilliant and once again showed that anything the prosecutions witnesses say is almost always lie! A bit dissapointed that more wasn't pushed on Ali and her crocodile tears.

The evidence, is indicating to a cover up but after hearing way to many convenients, i can't remember, and I don't recall i really believe deep down they know what happened but just conveniently can't remember.

Corruption. It was going on before OJO's murder, the Feds are investigating the investigators/investigation. It's still ongoing, due to, it goes beyond the KR case. Feds went thru Toughy process and gave both sides 3074 pages of evidence. The judge just won't them talk about it as a Federal investigation/grand jury.
Procter is the lead Investigator whose wife is a friend of one of the witnesses & his wife had 67 calls with her friend that is one of the witnesses and he should of recused himself from the case. He is the Investigator who found the 40 & some pieces of broken tail lite WAY LATER (not sure that timeline) but no one saw broken tail lite pieces before he looked. Not unbelievable at all. Sarcasm
