@@Cranberryopah A courtroom is no place for foolishness, especially from someone on trial for murder and her attorney. This is just another example of no respect for anything and no enforcement of boundaries. This country is going to hell in a handbag. When all societal rules and norms are thrown out, you will soon have chaos and anarchy.

In my opinion, it looked like they were watching a video or something. They spent quite some time both looking down towards the left in the same direction. I’m just worried that this kind of behavior, as well as many times I was surprised the defense wasn’t objecting, if this could be the basis for her to appeal? There also was a comment suggesting one of the psychologists didn’t receive necessary paperwork from the defense. Would any of these things give Lie-tecia grounds to claim ineffective counsel? I believe she should be locked up for life or given the death penalty for the pure evil she committed.

I put a complaint in to the court. Not sure if it will be seen as im in the uk but I was so angry I felt I had to do something. It was a disgraceful disrespect of the family but most of all of Gannon. A 12 year old child that this monster slaughtered. RIP baby boy carry on playing Sonic with the angels We've got you. 8:51 I completely agree. I've watched the entirety of this trial so far and every day I'm more and more disappointed that Colorado doesn't have the death penalty. She has certainly earned a death sentence. She is absolutely Not insane. I believe that she was an abusive mother, an abusive stepmother, and an abusive wife. She still is. If she had any remorse at all, she would've just pled guilty to the heinous murder that she admittedly committed. She wouldn't have forced her ex-husband, Gannons Dad, to get on that witness stand and relive, in detail, what was undoubtedly the worst, most painful and traumatic thing he's ever experienced in his life. She wouldn't have forced her own daughter, her brother, people whom she should love and want to protect, to have to testify against her. She wouldn't have dragged this entire family through this trial, causing them to relive the pain and horror that she caused them all. She is not insane. She's evil. She probably does have a personality disorder, she's definitely a narcissist, a pathological liar, incapable of admitting being wrong. She craved attention and enjoyed pretending to be a victim, becoming the center of attention. It was clear to me through the recorded conversations between her and Al that she was mentally/emotionally abusive towards him. Her attempts to manipulate him and make him believe she was a victim of a brutal assault, all the while knowing that she was actually the perpetrator of the brutal murder of his son, made me sick. She made her daughter and her brother unknowing and unwilling participants in the callous disposal of that poor boys body. That's something that they will probably never get over. This cruel, heartless, evil woman left a trail of pain, devastation and trauma behind her and has shown Zero remorse. Personally, I believe that she was abusive to her daughter. Harley testified to as much, admitting that she didn't question her mother for fear of physical violence, specifically, a backhand to her face. I believe that she was physically and mentally abusive to her step-kids, and able to get away with it, for one, because their Dad was away working often and by manipulating them into believing they would be in worse trouble if Al found out. We'll likely never know for sure what happened in those last 2 days of Gannons short life, but I think that she probably lost control, violently assaulting Gannon that Sunday leaving marks that she knew she wouldn't be able to explain away. So she gave him enough narcotic pain medicine to knock him out, keeping him quiet so the girls would believe that he was still just suffering from his stomach problems, not suspecting anything more. And I think she made the plan to murder him and dispose of his body. I think that she'd been so successful in her manipulation for so long that she believed that she would be able to convince her husband, the police, and everyone else that he'd ran away. She sent texts from and performed Google searches on Gannons phone attempting to set up this scenario. She was probably shocked that anyone would even question her. She absolutely deserves to burn in the hottest and deepest pits of Hell for all of eternity.

@@samantham8696 Ok but she’s LEGALLY sane. The law isn’t that you have to have ALL your mental faculties, just enough to know right from wrong and that your actions would knowingly result in the death of another. Any other discussion about her level of sanity outside of the law is moot, really.

You can tell by some of the jury questions what they are thinking. One of them was something like, "Is an inability to face evidence of what you've done a sign of mental illness?"

What is mental illness.

It’s not just mental health, a person can be significantly mentally ill and still know right from wrong. Or be fully aware of their bad acts and try to cover them up. I believe her Hail Mary testimony will include an alternate personality either jumping in as a big bad gangster to rescue her, or a toddler eliciting sympathy

She was HORRIBLE. OMG! Not answering the questions but instead going on very long rambling stories about things that are not relevant. It was infuriating. But at least the only person that concerned us all, now is NO concern whatsoever. Lie- Tecia is DONE

@@micheledematteis2072 I agree with you that it’s all but finished. I especially loved how the prosecution handled the witness. I tend to be overly empathetic and was concerned how he would handle an elderly and handicapped woman, and he managed to destroy her opinion while at the same time allowing her to maintain her dignity. I am duly impressed!

@@Christytaylor0910 his body language revealed how he felt I think. Everytime he rested his head in his hand during the giggling episode of them was always on the side facing her, almost covering his face in shame from them. And the way he was just deadpan staring at them while they giggled and hunched in closer to each other like some inside joke was being reminisced about between the two of them was kinda hilarious. He had that look of like "RU F'ing kidding me? The entire jury is watching us, chill". Yeah this trial has been pretty unreal so far.

There is a clip from the day of opening statements where the judge was talking about jurors complaining about her gestures. The defense attorney walked in late and proceeded to re-tuck his shirt and buckle and unbuckle his belt.

Her attorney's won't speak to her as they have sat and laughed consistently with her especially day 17 when parts about finding Gannon was mentioned during the timeline. It's really awful to watch. But they are behaving the same way the monster is at times, during the court sessions.

This doesn’t make sense to me if the doctor was here Sunday and interviewed her for three hours. You mean to tell me she turned around and flew back home either Sunday night or Monday and then turned around and flew back here today Tuesday. She’s too old to be flying around like that.
