If I get approved for temp res in my home country, I then have 6 months to go to a MX consulate, correct? Do you know if you have options to choose your appointment date? Do they just assign you a date? I would want to plan it so it falls during my April vacation next year.
As long as you got an FMM and passed through immigration you are in the system. Jose Novelo explains in the livestream how you can still qualify for the RNE program even if your passport was not stamped but you can prove you were in Mexico before
SAME! I asked for one and am soooo glad I did now.. I was checking out Baja in 2018. Rosarito was lovely but pricey. The stories I had heard of $20 all you can eat Lobster at Rosarito Beach Hotel were long gone💯😂
@@AngelAPAVLOVSCornDog Any place you find a lot of Gringos, you will find high prices. I have been in Mexico for over 25 years and have a Mexican girlfriend. I let her do most of the shopping because she can buy things cheaper than I can. No complaints, it's just the way it is. The smaller the Pueblo, the happier I am.
Excuse me, I have question I came from Ethiopia with work permit visa, now l live Eroupe. How to I come Mixico?? Is that possible to Round flight for 5 days without tourists visa???
Great stream man! Really appreciate his time. I know having more responsibilities time is more valuable so always appreciate when he comes on. I know this time is too late for your but this time worked for me 😂 get some rest brother
I was wondering... So if I were to get a Nicaraguan passport by descent, would it make things easier? Like could I use economic solvency requirements for Nicaraguan citizens instead of US? Or maybe another visa for latin american countries I don't know about?
sorry i missed the stream but got a legal question if it aint too late to ask: if i am living in Mexico, and dudes break in my home in the middle of the night and i end up killing them in self defense, will the government punish me for not dying like in the USA? i never even thought about it until today haha.
Hi Jose, did Mexico change the way they issue residencies? The INM issued me a temp residency card and then after 2 years they issued me a permanent residency card. Did the INM stop issuing physical cards? Thank you.
Oh no! Sorry to hear that! That is why i try to go live around the same time every week and like to give out as many physical notifications as possible to make sure people know when I go live especially when I have special live streams like this one so that you dont miss it! You can always go straight to my RU-vid page every week and see what the next live stream will be and what time I will go live. Its best to do it this way and not rely so much on youtube notifying you since its system can often times fail. Sorry you missed the stream! Hope to see you at the next one!
Yes of course. There are a few routes for you to take to get your residency. If you have never been to Mexico before then you can try going to a Mexican consulate in Thailand and see if you can get your residency there. You should qualify if you are getting a retirement check or pension. But if you have been to Mexico before in the last 10 years then you would qualify to get your Temporary residency through the RNE program. But...a corporation in Mexico 'is' a business and if you make any money on that property then you will pay Mexican taxes?? Or you're supposed to pay taxes. lol??
Great Question! A corporation is Not a Business it is an entity which can be used to conduct business. With that said if that Corporation conducts business in Mexico and makes a profit or generates income then yes there are tax liabilities that must be paid or dealt with in Mexico with SAT. For more information on how all this works you can contact Jose Novelo Directly for more information.
