I've lived in 25ft boat in England for 2years & love it. The winters are too long & gloomy though. I think I'll get a caravan & head over to Spain from November to April from now on. Thanks for the great videos & thanks Anne for opening your home up to us.

Fendt, Dethleffs and Hobby are all German made caravans/trailers and the best quality. I am selling my house in the UK and doing the same in the next year or so.

Pallets for the awning floor are a great idea, awnings do flood in the heavy rains.

good video Summer I have a place in Spain and have to tell you the running cost are so much cheaper than a campsite but some people just love those campsites so to all of them be happy.

We've done the same.. living on a beautiful campsite with Spa etc. We live in a American 5th Wheel (RV) have a lovely all year round pitch in sunny Spain.

Thats the lifestyle I want. Keep our house in the UK, but buy a used full size static cheaply and do it up. This was a great vid and Anne's caravan is excellent; what a great use of space. Thanks for a fab upload.

Hi Benzo... Its worth it if you fancy a house holiday but we prefer our caravan and the freedom and if course we have our dog summer so for us the saving money relates to doing our preference. Of course it would be cheaper still to fly but sadly dogs can't as yet... When the day comes when we are dogless she us 14 next month and I know the day will come 😭 we will be off to Tenerife for winter in an apartment and go further afield. There's nothing wrong with sounding like a travel agent... Its great to share experiences to others which we do often... We are seriously thinking of Portugal next winter... Will start the research soon... We went on a cheap hol to olhao and stayed in a 5 star hotel it was fab the islands the deserted beaches... Love to go back... Stay in touch May need your advice for the planning regards Judy and Mark xxx

Did you watch Benidorm on a budget , there was a mature couple who have a small tourer on their Camp Site and they take a small suitcase and just catch a plane cheaply when they return home to the U.K 🇬🇧

Where do you get the outdoor kitchen, very nice! I am from the states, do you have a lot of wind, we would have to take down and roll in awnings we have such bad storms!

So just a question. I livid in Calpe for 4 years in bricks, renting. And making a living was Real hard. Im English, speak fluent German, as i lived there. Im a plumber, a good ine as well, know markets inside out, and it wad a struggle.

We are planning are first winter in spain this year. Looking at the benidorm area for our first stay can you recommend and dog friendly sites and did you find that you needed to book long in advance. Thanks jon and sue

This is fabulous . My only concern is the closeness you are to other caravans . We have a seasonal pitch where we are ( England) and there is a decent amount of space between each one. This would put me off .....

Basically, they are camping! But, with all the overstuffed furniture, there is no room to move about. I say, small and simple, be a REAL camper and make do.

sorry but vans are to close together , no privacy what so ever .... cram them in and can you imagine the noise in the summer !!!!!!!!!!!

and when they get ill they come back to the Uk for medical afterl iiving abroad and paying nothing into the system
