Man I love when I find songs I haven't heard in nearly 20 years and still know all the lyrics. This was one of the best songs of it's year and it never really got the hype it deserved.

I feel like this song literally never gets old. Every time it randomly pops in my head for no reason I forget bits and pieces of it like the name and the chorus, but I watch it again and again and it's like the first time.

This song always gets me pumped.

I heard this song in '98 while living in dallas but didn't know who it was. Searched and searched....went to record stores humming it to clerks and nobody knew what it was. Flash forward to March of 2018. I'm at work in milwaukee,listening to the local college station,WMSE and there it is! 20 years later and i was so fuckin happy to finally know who it is and it's a great fuckin' song!

I heard only a snippet of this song waaaaay back in 1998 or something like that. Been trying to find it ever since with no luck. I was starting to think that I imagined it. Then I Googled "I say Hallelujah" and "Mr. Policeman" and finally found it tonight. Saving it to my playlist and never losing it. Keep replaying this song, it is freaking dope as hell!

I recall first hearing this in the summer of 1998 on a Detroit Radio station and was hooked! great tune!!!! way ahead of its time!!!

This was playing during the ER scene where Carter and Lucy were stabbed. There's a video on youtube of that scene. I never knew the name of the tune so am glad to find it again through Person of Interest.

Holy F*&^!!!! I havent't heard this song in like 20 years! I'd forgotten all about it. This was one of my fav jams man. Just came on this Greatest Radio Hits of the '90s playlist. That synth break was the freaking sh*t, and then falling back into the beat..... damn! Too bad this version was shortened a bit sloppily.

Can't get the volume loud enough!! My 24 yr old daughter was 9 months old when it came out and she would cry until we put it on and she would bounce in her Johnny jumper for literal hrs!!! While on repeat I would be skipping through the house b grooving and cleaning!!! Here in 2024 it's stil the GOAT!!
