Well, Chef Jenn, YOU have outdid yourself AGAIN!!!! I love, love hash browns, especially those loaded hash browns. I always have (Did I fail to mention that I and carbs have not ever had a great relationship? Ah, who gives a damn? Not I, for the most part)! The way that you slapped this together leaves much more time for other things. To have the cheese in these hash browns has moved them from ordinary to heavenly. A HUGE PLUS. Too bad that IPAD’s don’t have a, “reach out and taste it feature”. Because if it did, I would be using mine to get me a plate full. Yes, yes and yes- I would have these with a breakfast meal. It would set everything off just right! These are a must, must, must, must,and must-try! I think that I will. Thanks, again. BTW- the joke was so funny! I laughed.
