You don't have the mary janes in white because they don't come in white btw. Wish they did. Kicks was on my island today and he sold me Shiny Bow Platform Shoes, which are straight up just tea party shoes. They're really cute. I have them in red but I hope there are more colours.

Back in 2013 when I was just getting into lolita, I got ACNL for my birthday and was really excited to "own" all these dresses I never thought I could actually own. 7 years later, and I do own a few of my dream dresses. I also made one of my first lolita friends when I was playing ACNL at college and she spotted the AP sticker on my 3DS, and decided then that we had to be friends.

Designing prints is difficult now that they do this auto-smoothing thing. A lot of stuff turns out kinda blobby and abstract. Drives me crazy! These are super cute though. I think those light blue mary janes are the 'white' ones. I haven't seen any lighter ones in the game.

Did you know you can try on costume dresses, tops, and hats in the dresser. There's a icon towards the top left that you can click and it shows the costume designs. So you don't have to keep going between. :)

Hey there AC lolitas! Can we get a twitter/insta tag going for these codes? Like maybe #aclolita or #acfrills if that one ends up censored or something? I find that just searching for (pick your lolita brand) + animal crossing codes mostly brings up new leaf designs, which are wonderful, but I'm really on the hunt for new horizons ones now, and I know I'm not the only one!
