On the site of Whole Foods at 41st and Peoria, there was once an amusement park. The Golf Patch featured miniature golf and kiddie rides. Bill & Bob Frommel (now deceased) are interviewed about this long-gone Tulsa landmark, which was started by their father. This is story is from March 2000.
The Golf Patch Amusement park was in Brookside area of Tulsa and is one of the vanished amusement parks like Skyline (south Tulsa) and Lakeview (north Tulsa near Mohawk).
