It's more like to play with a Lone Deep Lying Playmaker like Gilmour, your CB's need to be really good and pacy.. Exactly the issue with Jorginho.. players will exploit him 1v1, but the defense will need to cover for him..

your team is atrocious bro Inistia would look average at Norwich. Your players think you can hit premier league teams on the counter like they are still in the championship. you have the worse centrebacks in the premier league by far and your midfielders are nowhere to be found. Billy has played in games your team can only dream of and has been the best player on the pitch. Instead of utilizing his skills, they are trying to turn him into a championship-style player. Why doesn't your team play a defensive midfielder beside billy or play 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 instead of that stupid 4-1-2-3 or 4-2-2-2? and that's only when you're not parking the Bus. first of all, you have a wapping 5 wins the whole year I would hardly call that a large sample size. I have watched some of your games if maybe the team put even one player beside Billy instead of running away from him as soon as he gets the ball he wouldn't need to hold on to it for so long. your centre-backs have no ball-playing skills whats soever and panic every time they get the ball. You knew billy was a 19-year-old 5.7 160lb kid when he got there instead of protecting him the team leaves him out to dry every game. When he loses the ball because he has no options and is dealing with much larger defensive midfielders yall blame billy. He didn't have a problem playing for Chelsea, because the team and coach knew he was small and needed someone beside him. he was never played alone at Chelsea he always had jorghino, Konte, Kova, mount or even Thiago beside him at all times. they said the same thing when he played for Scotland and now they play McTominay beside him and he does wonders. Norwich was definitely the wrong choice for billy though I will give you that.

@@shruk4 Billy is not a physical ball winning defensive midfielder.. He is a modern deep lying playmaker who controls the tempo of the game and needs movement around him to do it. If the players around him dont provide him options or movement, he will look horrible. In every Scotland match he is balling, and for every minute he played at Chelsea he did exceptionally well. Blame your horrible defense for not winning the games, keeping Billy as a lone Midfielder in front of such a horrible defense will not do anything. The match stats being shared is just plain stupid, lucky to win a few matches against lower oppositions..

@@rythrinx9998 You can of course say that Billy having nothing to do with 4/5 Norwich wins of the season is simply a coincidence. You can also dismiss the choruses of Norwich fans saying he isnt good as small minded. But you will see his weaknesses eventually. In the modern game you cant afford a passenger in midfield and that is what Billy is off the ball. He wont be starting for Chelsea next season, probably will go out on loan, maybe to the championship, maybe to Holland or maybe to Scotland. If he gets a loan move to a Premier league club people wont be as charitable to him as they have been in Norwich, so he better bring a much bigger game

@@alecrobertson7886 Specially the position he plays, his overall will not be huge unless the players around him supports him.. If he played further advanced then perhaps.. He might influence the game more if the quality around him is not good enough.
