Me to the the bolts are still backing off. The two stud type need to be replace and see if that will help. Next time I tighten I will try lock tight as well.
Yep it could of been. I was noticing my tire chains would rub and I started looking. The tire didn’t seem to be aligned right. I was having a bit of trouble with the nuts backing off so I looked closely and could tell see the damage enough that the disk had a hair line crack. I knew it was no longer safe but didn’t realize just how bad it was. It’s fixed now but even with the new disk the bolts seem to be still backing off. There are 2 stud types and 4 bolt type. The studs seem to be damaged from the wheel working loose so nuts not tight. They will have to be replaced then hopefully I will be able to tighten it once and for all.
