those scropions CAN hit you with their stinger sideways. its why they swing their stinger to the side like that.

This is what Ive always wanted to do but might be a little scared or uncomfortable to do for they’re sake. I’ll usually touch wolf spiders but never pick them up bc i feel they are aggressive. But for some reason locusts and praying mantises i’d pick up for a moment no problem if they’ll allow and it doesn’t disturb them. I’ve relocated some massive stag beetles but that was a couple years ago on a construction site.
