I find that there are lot of different play styles even among beginners in micro stakes like 2 cent BB games. There are some calling stations, but there are also a lot of nitty players who believe they can win by playing the "tight is right" approach. Consequently, you'll see some people try to exploit the nits with a lot of bluffs. So you have the calling stations, a lot of nits, and a few maniac types in the most fishy tables. I feel like I have to know how to read a lot of play styles and hand ranges to even win consistently in the lowest skill level of cash games.

I'm usually either a TAG or LAG player, But When I flop a big set like AAA/KKK/QQQ, and no possible straight/flush draw, time to FISH and set up trap. :D

soooo many loose passive fish play playchips poker (every bad facebook app) they dont understand LAG or TAG or position for that matter...they just have to limp, and when one limps everyone folows suit...its sooo pathetic LOL

bet max value on flops that you feel your strong on👍, make it simple for you, dont mix up your range much jus bet your big hands big and your medium hands small, and draw hands check back, basic straight up poker agianst them

I think I'm a poker weirdo. I made some analysis of my pokertracker database, and I found that I do MUCH better playing vs. micro- and low-stakes "TAGs" than I do vs. fish. These 22/17/4 kind of players are so easy to read at lower limits, I don't understand how people don't want to play them. But against the 50/10/1 guys, I'm as fishy as they are. I just can't stand losing against massive idiots and instantly do on hyper tilt, when somebody calls a 3-bet with T6 oop and suck out on me. I just can't handle it, even though I obviously know that I should make a lot of money of that play in the long run.

Played against a 100/2 before (50 hands), closest thing to free money, but yes don't bluff, lost a pot to him with my AKs to K3o which he got two pair on the river...
