There's something special about the cinematography of this video. I love how the cockpit takes up my entire screen and how quiet and calm the evening departure was. As always, a very well-made piece of art from you! BTW What was the warning in the EICAS that kept popping up during the departure? Was it the NO SMOKING alert?
Wow. Excellent work. My father, a 30 veteran of Delta who retired 15 years ago loves watching these with me. Thank you for making that possible! If I may ask, which of the two flight deck crew are you if you can say?
I have flown into lax and out since 2006 three times threw the years on up to now 2017 4timesin 2017 always see side view i love to have a window seat on southwest. Airlines love to fly its a blast i have family in la area
I have a terrible fear of flying and heights and I want to fly from dallas to tampa to see my family and after feeling drenched in fear and anxiety watching this actually relaxed me and gave a feeling of odd satisfaction. Im just like "wow!! it looks so beautiful specially with the sunset and the city lights!!
Sympa les controlleurs a LAX qui disent bonjour et bonsoir. Il y en a que quelques uns. :) Tres belle video, je suis de LA et celui de l'atterissage de 20 minutes etait aussi spectaculaire.
Just an observation I see from this departure, first controller instructs them to climb 15000' , after they are handed to the second controller he says 'climb via the SID' which if you look at the ORCKA2 chart means to FL230 not level off at 15000'. You can hear an aircraft departing behind them is given the same instruction and they question ATC 'does that mean climb top altitude FL230' and the controller replies yes.
Thanks for your message Brian. You're right about the message. I don't always put all the detail in the video. It could be confusing for novice watching. But i am going to check again the others departure charts to answer you correctly.
Captain, quick question, how do you maintain centre line so well during take off ? Any tips ? And also are you meant to use rudder when you are landing ? Thanks
Like he says; The «steering» just then you make soft minor adjustments then as air-frame gains velocity you reduce pedal motion as one needs to relax and focus on it is pointed generally in the direction it is supposed to go ◘ Momentarily we will be focused on Rotate & Departure so Look Ahead is the priority Then for landing if you can get it screwed onto the deck between the edges then that is a good landing
Michael Hannigan they both have to read the checklist. White lines requires an answer from the pilots, green lines are confirmed by the plane. The after takeoff is short, and was already green. So both pilots read and confirmed “after TO checklist complete”
The sun is beautiful 😍😎 +1 suscribers 🤗😉 Thanks a lot for all the share 😊😉 A mais chui bête 🤦🏾♂️😂 t ptet français enfin je sais pas Super vidéo en tous cas 😎👌🏾😊
Being that high up makes everything seem close. Hollywood Blvd, Hawthorne airport, and Compton are not near each other. Hawthorne airport is closer to Compton. But that high seems like they are next to each other.
