I need help with the calories, protein intake, I just don't understand it 😅. Trying to lose fat, I walk 3x a week around 5k. Im 5'2, with 164lbs. I also drink alot of water daily. Cant eat without veggies.... I don't understand why Im not seeing changes.

@@nohemidelangel9742 maybe up protein usually you can see that in the serving size also make sure you do count ALL calories bc sometimes people forget oil also if you actually did everything the worst thing can be that you have an actual health issue like thyroid issue
