These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

Been doing your free plan for 4 weeks now Petra, I love it! I have many many health issues - genetic and 3 autoimmune diseases and am only 54, but never miss a day. The only day I shift about as and when I need it due to health is the recovery day. I manage 20-30 mins daily, even when I’m tired, I still do it. Tonight I did this 20 min routine, despite having my right arm in a sling and not being able to use it after having steroid joint injections this morning. I didn’t think it would work, but the core and leg strength I’ve built helped enormously with my balance! I’ve only lost 2kgs due to being on steroid drugs, but from week two I could feel my body transforming by the fit of my clothes and tone. My husband is so impressed with my drive and results, that at age 57 he’s joined in! 🎉❤

I am nearly 76 and until 18months ago I went to classes 3 - 4 times a week plus either a walk or slow jog. My friend put me onto your routines and I love them. Trying to get into a routine of 10 or 20mins a day. Thank you so much for being there.

Petra, I do a lot of your videos and love every one of the ones I have done. I feel I get a great workout, just don't understand how you do not sweat in any of your videos. Must have some great fans working! You are a fabulous instructor, but most of all for women of my age 64!

Finally a great workout for women over 50! I've been in memberships online with very rigorous routines that I believe is more for younger bodies. I was always so sore that I had to really push myself the next day. I've read that rigorous exercises are not good for menopausal bodies and I think that is true because I did not lose 1 pound doing that program. Your exercises are just right for me. I am turning 60 this year and want to keep fit without being in pain. Thank you!

Just discovered you in RU-vid and am enjoying your workouts. They are just at the right level for me. I am through the menopause but seem to have changed shape and stuck with a cushion of fat on my tummy even though I weigh the same as always. However, I’m hoping if I can lose a few pounds it will shrink. 🤞

I am 54 years old and need a kick up the backside to get me moving and I hope your videos are it. 😀 I have been doing your slimmer waist for 2 weeks and have just done this menopause belly workout for the first time. I love that you don’t stop to show us what is next and we can see it on screen, I’m not fond of videos that stop and start. I’m definitely going to give this one a go for the next few weeks. I am on week 2 of this video so still giving it a go. I feel so good when I’ve done it. I’m using small 1kg hand weights when I can on some of the moves just for added extra.

Sooo I had to pause it a couple of times😂 but in my defence I was in a coma for just over 5 weeks and due to the muscle wastage had to relearn how to walk. Loving this and hope that I can continue to build up my strength with you!

Mit dem Bauch ist bei mir auch irgendwie gekommen.. Obwohl ich nie einen Bauch hatte und es ist jetzt auch nicht mehr so leicht den Bauch wegzubekommenn.aber dank deiner Übungen liebe Petra ,bin ich schon wieder suf den richtigen Weg und Vorallem meine scjlappi Arme sind wieder normal schön geworden..Dank von deinem Training.
