Hope you enjoy this cinematic! I wanted to try to mix Gmod Realism with cinematics and this is how it turned out, let me know if you like it or not and if i should keep doing these type of videos :)

The day asheville was lost..." *Radio static changes into a semi corrupted audio log from a radio station* ".......is anyone there?, a thick fog has engulfed the city, i can hear shooting not so far from here...... I can also hear screaming coming from the residential sector...., something has clearly gone wrong, it seems like.....like the fog has made people go mad or something like that, even the goverment has gone mad, the police, soldiers, hell, even the paramedics are killing everyone and themselves...... If anyone is hearing this, get out whille you still can, maybe shelter somewhere safe, the fog is moving towards the rest of USA, i heard Canada has already fallen, so we dont have much time left....." *Static is heard again for a solid 10 minutes untill it abruptly ends* "...hello?...is anyone there?..." *Knocking is heard on what you presume is a door* "Wait...who is there?....i said who is there?!.... OH SHIT, NO NO NO, DONT SHOOT PLEA-" "a gun is heard followed by a horrible wet splash, the radio signal went back to static, this time the signall never came back..."
This is what I live for in Gmod. Even when I was younger, I would go on maps like rp_apocalypse, with a gun and a flashlight, put on some Stalker ambient music, and just roam around, basically roleplaying as this lone scavenger. Good times.
@@ghoststriker4811 Haven't posted yet, I'm still writing because it's more than one story in the same complex world. Gonna make some comics out of it tho, and will update this comment and others whenever it's published (For free as well).
@@tiberiusdawn2042 Hell yeah it does. When I get to publish it, I'll update this comment if you guys are still curious to see what it's about. Although it'll probably take about a year or so until I get to publish this specific story, cuz there's still one other comic that has to come before it.
Dude.. I used to play on this map with my friends and you literally visited ALL of the locations we'd hang around. So many laughs, roleplays, little prop towns we'd make. You deadass walked into my bedroom at the end. That's exactly where I sat when one of my friends raged off the call and I was just sat there alone. He never came back, we never reconnected. That room is literally the end. Even if you didn't know it you didn't just explore a spooky gmod map, you actually did explore an abandoned city. Abandoned by my buddies. Nice video man :) Also I still keep in contact with one of them, and we're a lot closer than we used to be now anyways.

this is awesome, it gave me the inspiration do to this stuff since its something i was planning on doing, if i do this, ill make sure to mention you since i dont want it to be a direct copy of it but still, this is so damn good, keep up the good work man.
This reminds me of when I used to make a bunch of mods with my friends for G mod where I would handle things such as realism, firearms, and vehicles, they would handle everything else and I missed the days when we used to just make huge maps like this to explore around and occasionally get into gunfights with the things that Lurk in your peripheral vision
