I love how Christopher Walken makes clearly reading the cue cards offscreen part of his performance. He's one of my favorite hosts! Also the way they dangled him half way offscreen was perfect.
I don’t know why this poster added that “this is one of those sketches” intro, other than to make it more mysterious and interesting but this sketch WAS aired. I watched it “live” when it first aired on April 8, 2000. I thought it was hilarious then! Like, this is the ACTUAL skit! I don’t know what this RU-vidr is talking about.
@@seanbax3051 The second one was pretty good as well, and the third one was ok, had some great call backs and I loved the ending. That last scene made the whole thing worth it.
Christopher Walken is seriously awesome, that voice & delivery can be terrifying, haunting, scary, creepy, authoritative, or freaking hysterically funny. Even his Bai commercial with Timberlake was something I wanted to see repeatedly!
That’s prolly why they cut it! It would make the sketches they ultimately went with look lame by comparison. This is actually funny! That’s the last thing they wanted in the show! Lol!
Yeah he is … remember that time he acted like he didn’t see anything when him and Robert Wagner through Natalie Wood off the boat? Everyone believed them 😂 Allegedly🤔
Plus he played THE Bruce Dickinson producing "Don't Fear The Reaper". The REAPER, get it? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cVsQLlk-T0s.html
@@BlunderMunchkintrue... I think I'm just biased. Christopher Walken is one of those guys, like Bill Murray or Jim Carrey, for me... whenever he talks, I either laugh or listen or both lol
Thank you! It's the best SNL skit I never saw and almost didn't but then suddenly did. And it was the best because it couldn't have come at a better time. Friggin genius! I love it
I was thinking of my Moms last days, when she told me she thought she was seeing angels (and also scary stuff) She was in the hospital two weeks before she died from cancer complications. This is why this skit, did not seem like a Saturday Night Live, knee slapper to me.
@@morellawalker373 Emo used to make me suck on my asthma meds like a $2 hooker when hed find a hottie in the front row and start his attempts of seduction. Throw his sweater off his shoulders and breathing like a horney bull dog.
Should've never been cut...this was magic...(I appreciate their effort to bring angel-appearance-awareness to the forefront of near-end-of-life experiences...)
Christopher Walken and everybody else other than the lady in the bed we're just fantastic! The lady in the beds lines wer just killing it for me. I'm glad she got the end that she got.
