I live in a city where AFA does a tour. I speak the language and have lived there for years. A little known fact is you can sign up for just the socials without doing the tour. I returned home without seeing her again. No more video calls after that, just short texting online, with her discussing her money troubles because of the 'surgery'. I realized the whole thing had been a scam. I hired a Ukrainian investigator who found out that she was married and worked at as an agency translator (not the agency where I met her), whereas I thought she was a hairdresser (could have been both). And the boy I met who I was told was her nephew, was probably her son. I was both devastated and heartbroken. It was really hard for me to process how convincingly she was able to lie, and that her whole family (cousin, husband, mother, children) were in on it. It felt like I was in a movie. Looking back, I think I'm lucky nothing worse happened to me.

When most if not all these American men went on 3 social bar meeting establishments, maybe only one person got true love, marriage and or a loving companion. They didn’t because they wouldn’t make any money charging them like they did going overseas. Also decent looking/ healthy women that have their life together aren’t going to commit in marriage to someone that sits around playing video games as a grown adult during their free time. Point is their are lonely single people everywhere, not just 3rd world countries like the Ukraine. I actually live 10 minutes away from A Foreign Affair in Phoenix (the parent company) and I have been there to vet them before my disastrous Cebu tour. No, I do not look anything like these guys, but I can tell you there are some that look out of place with late teens early 20's hotties, that has me saying, "WTF!".
