Dude - Gravy Master’s gonna hit you with some real talk right now. I just got into woodworking a couple of weeks ago. I turned 40 recently and I’ve always been interested my whole life, so here we are. I have watched so many RU-vid videos in the last two weeks - binge watching for hours on end trying to grasp all the basic concepts. You are absolutely, without a doubt my favorite teacher so far. You have an excellent teaching style that really seems to click with me. I bought all the basic equipment except for a table and miter saw (for now,) so all your videos on circular saws and how to get the most out of them are particularly awesome for me. I signed up on the website to be a beta tester as well. Thank you so much for everything - it is truly and genuinely appreciated!

I just purchased this version and can’t wait for it to arrive. My only concern was the lack of easy lateral adjustment. Hopefully I won’t have too much problem with it. Did you need to flatten the sole upon arrival?
