This is the dope Ish right here. I popped my ankle at the end of March, and I used some of these along with TDBJ's Mobility sessions, and just swimming laps for a decent recovery in a couple months time. I honestly believe in swimming as a active recovery activity. Plus it's fun.

OR... get a gym membership with pool access. ;) But nothing wrong with setting that goal. We did and I'm very grateful because my aging body needs the hydrotherapy.
