Bike sounds great, the numbers are Awesome! I have an '18 RGS w/Stage3 107 to 114. Had it this way for 7 years and the flywheel had an issue and took out the front piston, let it start rubbing on the cylinder. It has the SE 498 cam w/SE tuner, but this time it is at the dealer and they are doing the S&S 475 cam w/PV tuner and the Harley "Orange" cam plate and pump, which is there equivalent to S&S or Fueling's setup, pretty new, so i'm taking a chance at the techs recommendation, that way they'll warranty parts and labor! That should "bulletproof" the lower end, so to speak, and then we're ordering 117 upper end parts pistons, the whole bit.... I like S&S too! I have their true duel set up with the cat delete and wrapped with DEI titanium wrap, minus the heat shields. I did remove the baffles & packing and used Dennis Kirks 118 Power Torque inserts to redirect the exhaust since it's fully open now. The inserts are tiny, and what was recommended by them for my 41/2" exhaust setup! The Power Vision tuner is supposed to get it in the ballpark, but like you, I'd like to take it somewhere and have them actually professionally dyno it to make sure it's "just right" to peak the #'s. Hard part is finding somebody in Calif (NorCal) to do that.....Kevin.
He didn't mention that, but that's something I've been looking at for a couple of years now, keep getting tied up with other issues, but I'd be interested knowing too!! Kevin.
