Thank you for this . I'm 550+ lbs and this was challenging but doable. I'm not very mobile and this allowed me to get more movement in my legs than I have in sad to say years. Thanks again
You guys are honestly such a blessing. I've been working out with you guys for the past 3 or 4 years now and I have a lot more muscle definition and overall strength. The PNF really did something different for me. It kind of changed how I pay attention to my muscles. I really liked it! I'm fairly flexible but I found this challenging. I'd love to see another video like this in the future!
I got back pains for about weeks that didn't go away. I did got myself a lumber pillow to help support my back, that only gave me some relief but not 100% relief. I am so glad I find this channel, after I try this lower body active stretch routine video, I feel completely free of pain. I will continue doing these stretches, this really help. Thank you!

This was just what I needed. I recently started back walking. I walked 2.6 miles today and my lower body was sore. I saw this and completed the stretches and I feel soooo much better. Thank you!

I have early signs of varicose veins and I sit a lot for work. I used to do stretches from this channel multiple times a week and I had no trouble.. After returning to your videos 3 years later my legs feel like feathers and the discomfort is gone when I walk. I think this video is especially great for this problem. Thanks so much!

Thank you for these stretches, I have hurt my quad tendons and these stretches are perfect for my injured knee/leg. I was able to workout after three weeks. Keep up good work.

Did this on my rest day today. My knees were hurting after an intense workout yesterday and by lower body was feeling stiff. All relaxed and stretched out now. Thanks FB. Love you guys over all other newbies!
I just came across your channel yesterday and I tried stretching this morning. Wow that was good! I exercise every morning before sitting at my computer (work from home) this stretch made me feel good even though some of it was a little difficult. I do stretch but not enough which isn't good. That lifting the foot up& bringing it towards the center w/o holding the leg ....wow! Was hard but I'm going to do this every morning after my exercise. Should be a pro soon😊 Thank you!

have done before, having worked out with you 2 since Jan 2016 5 days a week and I have done every single one of your well over 600 workouts, Im going to keep this workout for every Friday, to make sure I do some kind of Yoga Pilates stretch each week as Im terrible for patients to do them.
Love this stretch session, feels great, would love more of these that also get to the upper body muscles as well. Having a hard time holding a contraction and not holding my breath. Any tips on keeping breathing while holding a contraction?

Thank you! Totally love this, my hips and lower body feel released now! One question though. I jump rope almost everyday, is it a good idea to do this as a cooldown stretch routine everyday? And will u have a PNF stretch vid for upper body?
There were points through this where I thought I wouldn't be able to make it through the whole video. I did though. This is as mentally challenging as it is physically. Thinking about which muscles to contract and putting your brain power into those contractions which don't cause movement got my mind really fired up. I actually feel a tingle in my brain it's WILD!
