Hello!!! Love all of your workouts!!! 😍 Is it possible to do this after a Total Body workout... to really KILL my booty? Sorry! Lost my butt after surgery and not being able to do anything but walk for 20 mins a day for 12 weeks 😭

Wow Im so glad I have come across this, I thought I was pretty fit doing hit workouts every day but i felt the burn in every muscle and it was only 20min!! Definitely adding as my daily workout routine, thankyou!! :)

What a great workout! Actually, each of your workouts are great, in my opinion! How frequently do you recommend doing barre throughout the week and do you incorporate additional cardio or running? Also, I'd love a barre abs workout that includes diastasis recti exercises!

Breah May hi! Thank you that’s so nice of you to say :) I recommend barre 1-3 sessions per week. I personally do 2 sessions per week and for me that’s perfect! I also do my own workouts at home when I put the kids to bed at night. Just one or two nights a week doing some light weight lifting. I don’t really run or do cardio outside of barre but I do enjoy dancing every once in a while!

My go to for four years now! No matter how fit i think i am, this workout humbles me - as it works a differnet range of group muscles that are certainly asleep in other high intensity workouts, so I end up shaking!!!

If you go to her total body barre workout #2 at about 5:50- that whole series is the best ab workout I’ve ever done in my life! Doable, but still challenging and I definitely feel it the next day!

The initial butt moves were so tough that I couldn't even move my legs. It was so so painful. But Ill practice more of this. Please post more of lower body barre workouts. 🥵

Is it possible to have a calves wo to do at home with no equipment if you have a bad genetic!!!! How many reps? Is it better to do it everyday or not?? And is it possible to get results? I mean to grow calves at home with no weight? .....
