Hi friends! This workout is designed to tone and sculpt ALL of the thigh muscles…inner thigh, outer thigh, back and front of the thigh. We are hitting all of the upper leg muscles with this 30 minute THIGH WORKOUT! (It is FANTASTIC for the booty too) Get ready to burn, shake, and sweat. NO jumping. Don’t forget to stretch with my post-workout stretch video linked below.
*Equipment is completely optional depending on your fitness level. You can use body weight only OR add some weights and bands for a more intense burn!
*I recommend completing this video 1-3x per week for optimal results. If you are looking to increase your results, add more resistance every week by increasing your weights and using a heavier band.
