THIGH TONING WORKOUT | Shape & Sculpt the Thighs | Low impact (No jumping!)

Hi friends! This workout is designed to tone and sculpt ALL of the thigh muscles…inner thigh, outer thigh, back and front of the thigh. We are hitting all of the upper leg muscles with this 30 minute THIGH WORKOUT! (It is FANTASTIC for the booty too) Get ready to burn, shake, and sweat. NO jumping. Don’t forget to stretch with my post-workout stretch video linked below.
*Equipment is completely optional depending on your fitness level. You can use body weight only OR add some weights and bands for a more intense burn!
*I recommend completing this video 1-3x per week for optimal results. If you are looking to increase your results, add more resistance every week by increasing your weights and using a heavier band.

This one was perfect this morning! It is fun and RARE to find a thigh workout that isn't cardio based. I really liked the slow movements as it really targeted each muscle group. Thank you!!

Brilliant as ever! Don't know if you've ever tried to do a workout with a teenager (lots of complaining, lots of stopping) but yours are the ONLY ones I can get her to do! We think you're great!

You are so neat dresses and equipped... I improvised and did everything. After the first round I thought " enough", but with your warm and kind smile you say " let's do the second round". I did it. Thank you very much for the time and the structure of the work out.

Wow, that was incredible! I don't have resistance bands, but it was still a challenging workout for me (and if it ever gets to the point where I'm not at peak heart rate throughout, I guess I'll need to pick up some bands). Thank you so much!

hey Kel I love this workout so much - the next day I feel all the muscles in my legs so intensely! I wonder if you could please film a video taking us through a foam roller session like you reference at the end? I have one at home but I don't really know how to use it correctly...

I don’t have issues with other videos, but this one I did. The audio was solid throughout the video, but the video portion paused with every exercise. I did catch a glimpse of what to do, but wanted to let you know about the problem. Great workout, regardless!

I only did the first set + the cool down here, because I don’t like repeating sets. Once I’m done with one I want to move on. I prefer variation.The moves were great though.

Squats and lunges bulk the thighs. Good for ONLY exoform body types. Sleek, toned thighs only plié squats. Find other exercises for glutes

Melanie Lauck Squats and lunges CAN bulk the thighs if you are using moderate to heavy weights with high repetition and repeating the workouts 2+ times per week. If you are concerned about bulking you can use body weight or light weights and you will tone the muscle without the bulk. Plies are great as well!
