These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off and want to lose weight!
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!
If your goal is to get fit, then take my advice and follow along as best as you can.

I feel like you are the first person that I've found that understands at this age we may have slowed down raising our kids, and now at 50 I'm trying to get back in to it. Thank you for all of these videos.

Can't tell you how grateful I am for your channel! I love the set up...the countdown clock, a preview of what's next, and you explaining without words what we're supposed to focus on. It's all perfect! I'm slowly coming back from a bad car crash (well over a year ago) and a severe brain injury. I can't drive to a gym, so finding you is a a Godsend. I've always been slim but recovering on the sofa for more than a year has taken a toll on my health, fitness level, and stamina, so these short routines are great. Thank you!

I have always been very active and in good shape. But after 3 knee surgeries, my knee becomes very swollen and painful with most normal exercising. You are the first workout coach I've run into that has exercises that don't set my knee off. Thank you!

I turned 40 just last year, but i just did this workout this morning and I'm sweating. My thighs have become very loose so hoping i can keep this up. Youre amazing , thank you. And my knees aren't hurting! Yay 🎉❤

❤ Hello, Hello, My goodness exactly what was looking for leg day without the lunges and crazy moves that are not so gentle on my knees. These will be my leg day workout till Sun ☀️ gets hotter in Southern Cal . Thank you , Thank you .
