I LOVE the music please don’t change it. The beat is perfect. If someone doesn’t like the soundtrack they can mute and put on their own music. Terrific workout. I found it googling hiit workouts for women over 50
I love the way you turn sideways and frontwards so that I really know what I’m doing. I turn the music down so that I can just hear the beat to keep in time. I feel this is within my capability (aged 71) but I am dripping at the end of the video… That must be good. Thank you
71 and first time through this video. Appreciate the running clock paired with the individual exercise timings. Just have to say the was a long 16 minutes but I'm sure soon I'll be saying, "and that was only 16 minutes and look at me." Thank you Petra.
THANK YOU…..every January I promise myself to start exercising and get in better shape. Thanks to you and you videos, I’m finally doing it. I’ve never been overweight, just out of shape. Worked at a desk for 26 years and was never athletic. Now that I’m approaching 70 years old….I totally regret not being more active. I faithfully do 3 of your workouts every morning (Full Body Workout, Lose Lower Belly Fat, and No More Flabby Arms)….. and I am (for the first time ever) seeing results! 👍👍
I really enjoyed your workout. Definitely want to follow it from now on, it's the best one I've tried. Always exercised from ballet in my youth to Jazzerise in my 30's 40s followed by by Les Mills in my 50s. Now 67 not done much for a while but getting back into into it and your exercise was the best. Just cos we are older doesn't mean we want old music! Loved your backtrack👏

I am grateful that this workout came up as a suggestion. This feels like a game changer. I feel refreshed instead of exhausted at the end. I believe it is also helping with my insomnia. This is now part of my journey to work on my summer self. 💪🏼
@ABCD-sh3hw no I do other work outs and you not post to do the same work out for rest of your life if the same one you're body get used to the same work out then does nothing for you that why I was asking the woman who made this work out for how many days or maybe 2 weeks thanks for nothing
Love the work outs. I cannot do all the bouncing that you do with someone of those movements. I try but I’m very much have no rhythm and it takes me playing the same movement over and over to get the movement down. The. I have a right knee that just won’t allow me to bounce. Is that affecting my burning off fat?
Has anyone lost weight of doing this work or any of her video's at all if so which one's? I'm looking to lose weight and tone as well and just started to do this video maybe 2 weeks ago or a little more, and like to know if anyone had any luck on this or maybe any other video's that I could try as well that might work and help because I could def could use all.the help I can get really need to lose this weight, and I have tried doing turbo jams and that's like martial arts type thing and it really gets you sweaty and I thought for sure that would have helped but that never helped,
Love the workouts. Easy and fun. But as a woman wanting to stay a faithful wife, I don’t like hearing the song that says over and over “I wanna wake up with someone new! “. Not good.
