I bought a Vevor water distiller and I distill about 2 gallons a day. Best $100 I have ever spent. No carrying heavy gallons or cases of water, no trying to choke down nasty city water, and no having to buy individual bottles of h2o. And always having water to drink with no "added softening" salt
Oh thank you 😢 Dr Mandell for helping me become healthier. I'm retired with limited income there's just not extra $ to order magic potions meaning prescription an such nonsense that's offer online. I'm not looking for something, for nothing silver or gold have I none. Such as I have, I offer my heart felt appreciation total respect for "you an your medical wisdom." Along with my sincere prayers The Heavenly Father bless you above an beyond. Please know I follow you diligently along with your advice it's followed religiously sincerely Winter
I love your unapologetic truth...we need to be more conscious in loving our bodies and having gratitude for our internal organs and life we have because of them ❤️
Charmincat, that's the new mantra I'm working on. I'm not punishing myself; I'm showing gratitude to the body that has served me all my life and is getting older now!
*I had very high blood sugar I only managed to improve my health when I found a WONDERFUL treatment,❤❤ if you want to know about it, I left the video in the comment reply*
I am type 2 diabetes once I found out I've immediately cut cold turkey on soda and candy (not even sugar free soda) stuck with unsweetened ice tea water and bubble water drinks. Lost over 20 pounds in a few months and work out everyday for 30 min 😀 my A1c was 6.9 when I was diagnosed don't need insulin but I'm hoping my a1c went down with all this hard work I'm doing
@@MrFunkadeIic drinking water is good and all but no way enough to lower A1C effectively. You can lower it to normal within weeks to a few short months (depending on how dedicated you are). Look up Dr. Jason Fung (wrote The Diabetes Code, The Obesity Code, and others)...watch these videos on his channel ----> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FcLoaVNQ3rc.htmlsi=LWQVSVMu4UZkk3wM or ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HeX--GOnqRk.htmlsi=voDty0cQ2VHy365p 😉✌️
It is just body's way to tell you to drink water to dilute sugar. Thats about it. You will feel the same urge of drinking water after eating something salty.
You better get to an eye dr. Asap..that is not good to have blood in your eye..my uncle went blind when his eyes went to blood..go quickly to eye dr..before its tooo late..ok😢😢
Dr Mandell is a National Treasure. God bless him and his family. Water is a gift. So many countries don't have clean water, or even enough water..period. 🎩🤔🙏👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Best we can do for those countries is donate those straws for them. It filters water on contact, saving their lives. Even if we are low income, we can send $5 to help.
It is true that what we believe we create our reality. The news pumping fear of collapse is just a way to make us bring it into reality. This is refreshing to hear Jason tell us the truth or what’s to come.
Type 2 diabetic….. I have my Freestyle Libre 3 alarms set at 140 for high and 100 for low. When it is warning me that it is getting high …think ** WW ** Walking and Water… I start gulping water and take a 10 minute walk…….It works every time to keep it below 150 and if it goes over…it comes down fairly quick
I stay At home slot playing with my kitten Cubby he wears me out playing alot if I didn't have him and big mama I would have a 🐟 tank with fish here I love my little babies 🐢🐈 too
How much water would you suggest is the right amount to keep things in balance? When the air, water, food, and earth are all contaminated it's difficult to be healthy. Toxins are everywhere!
In the morning in an empty stomach, warm water add lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Do it for 5 days it cleans your liver. 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Especially if you are working hard or exercising.
Glad I’m already a big water drinker! lol the reflection of the logo on your shirt coming through the water made it look like something was floating in there🙂
Thank you beloved dr. I always drink water when I waktu up in the morning. I never drink tea with segar, I am now 75 years old. That is dr..Mandel. Thank you dr. Mandel.
Thanks Doc. I got some labs today and my glucose was high. I’ve been eating like crap since last week but tomorrow I’m getting back to a healthy diet. Peace and love to all 🦾🙏💜
Except that one does not want to overdo it with lemons, either, as there is some sugar content to lemons. Perhaps a single lemon, or even just half will do.
i absolutely love and adore you doc. if you only knew how much i appreciate your care and observance of thinking and trying to take care of everyone that care about their health and im one that has always cared about my self ,what goes into my body! thank you so much again and again for your expertise....your wonderfull!! please; never stop showing me these videos!! you have been my god send, and i do feel better every day since.... sincerely; florence bishop from the state of washington USA PACIFIC N.W. ‼️‼️TIP: Keep water stocked in the refrigerator. I discovered it wasn't water that I hated drinking so much. It was drinking warm tap water that I hated so much. If you hate water, refrigerate it. You'll be more likely to drink it, if it's cold.
"To each his own," as the saying goes, @@flxmkr, for some people, like myself, actually dislike cold water & instead prefer room temperature water. Apart from the temperature matter, some people, unfortunately for them, just do not like the taste of water, them, of course, considering all water to have a bland taste. In that case, some are helped by flavoring the water, like with a bit of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or some such that is not fruit juice that is just going to add sugar content to the water. It still all is a matter of preference. I am sure those who love to drink cold things, & also those who never thought they would, will highly appreciate your post, though. 👍🏼
