I think this is such a great channel, what a shame that others have so many more views. Only the jokes about sex are a little too pubescent for a man Ludo's age. For my taste at least.
why do chefs get so nervous about apples going oxidized? Because it turns brown? But the apple here is gonna be baked and caramelized in the oven and its gonna be brown ANYWAYS I feel like there are too many unnecessary "chefy" habits that really dont apply to every situation but chefs do them anyways
