Wait when you take wider steps doesnt it become a hamstring workout. And you are so right when it comes to us thinking about the next time. A mistake im guilty of.

hey Alexia, thanks for this video. I struggle to do lunges, i lose balance exactly how you've demonstrated and now im going to give the wider step out to lunge a go and see if that helps. I often find alternatives to lunges because i struggle lol

Great video! I love the tips. Are there any movements for getting deeper into the lunge. I work at a desk all day and I realize that I'm all stiff in the legs.

Black Bear Cub Ice Skating straddle movement, well partial to that I am, then I don't use the 90 degree rule, but its good no one denies this, just it needs enhancement with this.

Hi, I find that when I do lunges mostly split lunges my back knee/shin tends to flare out, why do you think that happens? Could it be that I'm stepping wrong? Also, why do I feel the burn so bad in my left quad when I lunge forward with right leg?
