Na ja, ich erinnere mich auch an deutlich modernere Synchronfassungen von Animes, in denen entsprechend geflucht wurde :D

@@noisykestrel Ich kann bestätigen, dass in den modernen deutschen Lupin-Dubs auch viel geflucht wird. Na ja, liegt vielleicht daran, dass der Anime ohnehin nicht für Kinder gedacht ist. Früher kam es jedoch auch oft vor, dass in Animeserien, die eigentlich für eine jüngere Zielgruppe gedacht waren, geflucht wurde - ein Beispiel dafür ist Flint Hammerhead.

we pride ourselfs in the work of our vice actors and translators. heck sometimes our dubbing cres add new jokes as well. like in the german dub of the spongebob episode where the flying dutchman goes to mr krabs whos in the hospital at the time. in the german version mr krabs tells the dutchman as a distraction that his name is benjamin bluemchen. well thats a german childrens char (wich shares the voice actor with mr krabs).

The old German dub was done by Detlef Klein. he added his own sense of humor and maneurisms to the characters. Sadly once kaze (later Chrunchyroll) acquired the rights to translate new material into German, they did note hire Klein to continue his work and rather took Karin Lehman who was an in-house translator, who was responsible for the entirety of the German detective Conan du. She took the approach of doing a very direct and close to the original Translation. I never liked that, so I kept complaining about it, on crunchy rolls channel, whenever they uploaded something new. And apparently it worked, as they recently replaced Lehman with industry newcomer Lars Waltl, who oriented himself on Kleins Translation. As he is a relative newcomer and has to copy someone else's style it does seem a bit forced every now and then, but he is improving. The translations he did are in order of release: The woman called Fujiko Mine, part 6,part 1.

German dubs can be pretty bonkers funnier and even. Better than the original, just watch hogans heroes in Germany Klink and Schultz are guru renchingly funny 😂

@@sumirenko Thank you for your reply I guess Yuji Ohno's tracks must have been considered "too retro". I notice that in the intro we also see footages from the TV Special Goodbye Lady Liberty which hasn't been broadcast.

@@brahim8165 I usually prefer Yuji Ohno's music, but watching Lupin with Y2K tracks was refreshing, and some scenes actually worked better with the Computerjockeys tracks. @@sumirenko Well, there's always Discord, but you definitely got a good point. TMS doesn't mess around, especially when doing stuff like video reviews like that one RU-vidr who reviewed all Lupin flicks and specials (minus the Pycal one), but yeah. I've also been jamming to one of Computerjockeys' Lupin tunes daily, and even the one that hasn't been released yet from your old MTV music one from 0:31, which I found it to be relaxing. Nevertheless, keep it up, even while shining upon some comedic light that's known as the German dub, and being very careful with TMS!

@@Lupin.Sansei Yes, he's still around and enjoying his role. He has even said he would like to dub all Lupin anime stuff, but that's probably unlikely. We might get part 4 in german next year tho. He has a youtube channel where he uploads shorts if you are interested. My goal is to meet him at a convention and get a voice-over recording from him. Maybe I could record something for my channel hehe. Lupin's first german voice actor is also still around.

Ich kann dir die deutsche Synchro von Part 1 sehr empfehlen, die finde ich bis jetzt am besten und sogar auch besser als die japanische/englische Version. (Wobei mir die japanischen Stimmen trotzdem besser gefallen) Fujikos Serie hab ich vor kurzem auf Deutsch geschaut, ist auch sehr witzig. Von Castle of Cagliostro gibt es zwei Synchros. In der ersten Synchro wird Lupin sogar "Hardyman" genannt und es kommen ganz andere Synchronsprecher vor. Hardyman/Lupin und Alf haben denselben Synchronsprecher. Die zweite Synchro ist der "normale Dub" mit diesem Cast hier. (Sorry, falls du es schon wusstest, aber vielleicht wissen es andere noch nicht) Ansonsten gibt es noch alle Koike Specials, Part 6, Part 6 Jidai, Lupin vs. Detektiv Conan, Lupin vs. Cats Eye, The First und der 2014 live action movie auf Deutsch. (Ich hoffe, ich habe nichts vergessen) Ja, ich wollte es sogar auch eher so übersetzen, aber irgendwie ist "Sauerei" so ein witziges, besonderes Wort und ich wollte die Bedeutung ändern, weil ich "mess" ein wenig langweilig fand. Ich muss sogar generell sagen, dass ich bestimmte Jokes auf Englisch nicht mehr so lustig fand, aber ich denke das macht die Synchro auch so einzigartig. Trotzdem danke für den Hinweis. :)

@@sumirenko ich liebe es wenn die deutsche Regie so viele Deutsche Phrasen oder Sprichwörter benutzt. Deshalb ist auch Spongebob auf deutsch so legendär gut. Schade das sowas heutzutage leider kaum noch gemacht wird aber ich denke auch das sowas in der Form nur damals möglich gewesen währe. Heutzutage währe das einfach nur eine öde, deutsche 1:1 Übersetzung. Apropos, was hälst du eigentlich von Lupin III Gamecube spiel?

@@lordrenzo Ja, ich verstehe generell nicht, warum deutsche Synchros so viel Hate abbekommen, vor allem in der Anime Community. Wir haben so viele legendäre Synchrosprecher und die deutsche Synchro von Spongebob kann auch keiner toppen. Ich feier das Spiel sehr und würde sogar sagen, dass es mein Favorit ist. 🤔
