Coffee no sugar in the morning ✅ Proper diet ✅ Water ✅ Sunscreen ✅ Stop worrying about things we cannot control ✅ Exercise, stretching, cardio ✅ Active lifestyle ✅ Peace of mind ✅ These are all true. I can attest to these practices. I am 35 and looks at my early 20's sometimes teenage. 😊
So i’m 36 turning 37 and people still ask me if i go to university. A lot of people get shocked when I tell them my age.. thinking i’m 23 or 25 max. I did some things that I did not know were antiaging but now i’m thankful for them. 1-I drank collagen regularly even before it was popular. 2-I took glutathione pills with vitamin c ( I thought they’ll only brighten my complexion. Didnt know they’re antiaging). 3-I workout, weightlifting 5 times a week. 4-I do facial massage regularly. 5- I do face yoga to tone my face muscles. Yes it WORKS. And now I sometimes use facegym devices. 6- green tea is a must every day. 7- food: my skin was even better when I took chlorella regularly. I rarely eat sugar. This is the most struggling part.. cutting sugar also means minimizing the intake of white bread/white pasta etc. and rarely I take processed food. These are so easy once You incorporate them into your lifestyle. You will be thankful.
She also has good beauty filter like Meitu that works in photos and videos. I know cuz I'm Asian and live in an Asian country and the already young looking Asian girls all use them and Meitu is f# amazing!
@eyeswideopen7777 Actually, @PortugueseGirl27 isn't too far off with her statement that the Asian genetics also help the 48-year-old woman in the video youthful appearance. If you consult a geneticist or a dermatologist, they will tell you that Asians have a thicker dermis that contains greater collagen in their skin, they also have a darker pigment which help protect in photoaging than their European counterparts. Another reason Asians look more youthful is due to their features known as neoteny, where an animal or human adult retains their child-like appearance.
I’m 21 and ppl think I’m 22 or 23 because actually I got fat and have dark circles 😭that’s hurting to hear and ur lucky , when I was 19 I use to look 17 I never knew about anything ppl would feel 😢any tips ?
I just turned 47, and will be proud of how I look once I drop 100 pounds. 😂😂😂😂😂 My boyfriend loves my incoming silver and white hair, which is naturally not much now.
No marriage, no kids, has a career she has her heart in, doing everything she can to take care of herself, mentally and physically, and most importantly, has a support system (family, friends, her own mentality...etc) to support everything she does. Gee, I wonder what the secret is.
There is an Asian woman with a daughter who looks as old as her 20-year-old daughter who as at least age 40. I think the Singaporean man almost age who is at least 56 years is most impressive.
The main thing about 'no marriage no kids' is that it means she gets enough sleep and has no influences toward keeping sugar in the house. Even if you have a family that is happy and not stressful, the babies still can't sleep through the night and the older kids still have to get ready for 7am school and the husband may still need less sleep than you do.
I would like to say my secret of youngness. I am 37 and people still think I am in my 20s. I love children but could not have any, and I sleep at least 9-10 hours a day. I rarely eat meat, drink a lot of water and do some exercises at home. And my genetics too, father and mother seemed much younger than others in their ages. And the most important: Have a good heart, do not judge on anyone, help for others, and have a warm, kind personality. I never say any bad about others. I read and learn a lot, (espeacially psychology and languages)and develop myself. I live a minimalist lifestyle, do not own too many things, just basic things. I think these are the keys to stay young and be satisfied with yourself and with others. Have a nice day for you, who is reading this.😊
No offense, it’s easy to pass as 20s in your 30s.. just wait till you hit mid 40s. It won’t be the same. Sorry to say. Everyone thought I was in my 20s, when I was in my 30s. Now, I’m late 40s, ppl think I’m 35. But it doesn’t last forever. No matter what you do.
@@skychanges9197 True. Until 38...42 skin is great. Now hit 45...46 and things start. This woman in the video certainly has filter in the closeup photos. But when she is walking in the street, she has hat, glasses and you won't notice the sagginess on her jaw line and neck.
*Real secret:* 1. Genetics 2. Proper nutrition (avoid sugars and alcohol), drink a lot water 3. Skin care routine 4. Wear sun protection 5. Sleep 6. Plastic surgery/botox
Thank you for truth, thank you now theyll call you a jealous too, Id just flip the order. Thats more like it, by the way Im more likely to trust men as its hard work and diet keep men young not plastic, you can tell muscle implants and steroids versus portruding veins and sinew of real muscles and low body fat, same with strong jawline.
Having money, a stress free life, not having to deal with POS, enjoying your career/job and doing it because you love it not because you have no choice, having family, having good friends....having support...not taking the entire responsibility of parenting on your own....etc...etc......THAT is the secret to looking so young and vivacious! Sadly, living a hard life ages people!
I’ve had a horribly stressful life but still have good collagen. Good genes I suppose but even though I still look young, I currently look unhealthy again because I have no true support and am constantly feeling like I might die the next day. I wish I could find a husband so I could at least start a family and have some peace of mind in life. I’m so done with this 20s bullshit, it’s a life of unhappiness for me because I landed on one bad friend and bad person after another and they all literally sucked dry my beauty I feel like. I hope I can get it back and attract love
1. She's asian, many asian women look very young and fresh, even in their 50's 2. She's wearing "girly" outfits and acts like a teen in her content 3. Obviously she uses filters and tries to avoid close up videos without a filter. 4. She's slim 5. It looks like she may had a couple of beauty procedures
Not all Asian women look young. Not in real life. You browse too much Instagram. Just cos you saw 8 ladies who are like that, doesn't represent a majority of Asian women looking young. It's because they took care of themselves or it's their genes.
I’m 27. Life is a long way to go! I wear sunscreen every day, even in winter. But I think it’s also important to let yourself live and try not to worry about aging so much, hopefully. We can only hope for the best.
What can we do ? Exercice live stress free make sure to not have vitamine deficiencies take care of yourself have a good diet (but which one ?) i follow the medditareen diet because of my moroccan roots
I don’t tell people my age so that way I keep them guessing. People see you whatever age you tell them you are. Society is concentrated in age and not in how good you look. People are simply complicated.
There’s a female athlete in her early 40s who is Caucasian, looks 19 years old, thin, her skin all over her face and body is young and no blemishes, and is like her young looking parents. She avoids alcohol, smoke, cosmetic procedures, drugs. She has a very healthy lifestyle and refuses to be tainted by those things. There are people who exist naturally that way. Anyone’s disbelief nor accusations cannot change the fact that it is reality. 👍🏼
Genetic matters but sleep, diet and exercise do matter most to slow down aging. I am 44 but people think I am early to mid 30s ( no make up and close looking wth pajamas) and when abroad, foreigners think I am 20s. No any of cosmetic procedures no plastic surgeries. I heard baby face so many times in my 30s from foreign friends. Sleep, eating and excercise most important.
Everyone who looks young has a similar story. Lots of fruits and vegetables, water, exercise, sleep and no drinking, suntanning or heavy animal products. Americans just can't leave the alcohol, cheeseburgers and suntanning alone and then they cry why they are fat and old looking.
@@heartofpuregold yes I went through some stress 10 years ago and it aged me. I have had botox between my brows because during that period I frowned a lot and it left its mark. I also have rheumatoid arthritis which is very painful. I would rather look my age and be healthy than deal with RA. Good health is the real gift.
@@rosiebottom3870 Good on you for not giving up on your health and if thats you in your profile pic you look great. I think people on sm should be honest into how much plastic work they get done. 🙂
@@heartofpuregold thank you. Yes that's a recent pic of me. I am currently putting all my energy into healing (RA cant be cured) and will be stopping the ciggies once I've dropped 20 pounds.
Not all westerners are fat or old looking thats a racist bigoted generalisation. Excessive sugar consumption not fat from animals or animal products ages you. So does prolonged stress. Eating less smaller portions moving more and the biggest factor reducing prolonged emotional and mental stess along with proper sun exposure and sleep as well as other factors prolong life and lessen ageing. A stress free life means much less wrinkles or you could as most of them do resort to plastic fantastic to acheive more quicker results.
not sure about that. I am a 35 year old man and most man my age look like 45, big belly with extreme visceral fat, wrinkles, all messed up. I hit the gym regularly, do everything that lady does and keep my bodypercentage below 15. I think most people cant do this and find excuses like you
@@lordforgivemeformysinsamen3970 Congratulations my twin ! 👏 Consistency is a key to stay fit all time. Since I turned 40, I don't count anymore.. 😀 I don't want to pay attention to the numbers. I live in the present moment and enjoy every instant.🙏❤️

Yeah- I have worked in video editing and it is VERY obvious to me that she uses filters- all I see are filters! I'm going to guess she might actually look 10-15 years younger (which is amazing) but she seems obsessed with wanting everyone to think she's just 18.
I’m an Independent Latino. She represents her age. I’m 50 years old. I do the same eats and habits as this lady. Tricks and Habits: dress in teenager clothes, act like a teenager (with responsibilities), train your voice and lingo like a teenager, Dye Gray Hairs, light workouts, and use Heavy Filters Lens… 14 hour intermitting fasting. (7pm-9am) Trick the mind, trick the mind and keep tricking the mind. In 2 -3 months you will feel like brand new…. But at the end it’s inevitable one is going to age, one can slow it down age but can’t defeat age. 😢
You hit the spot. This is BS they are using camera filters and used heavy make up to hide the imperfections, to stay fit they usually don’t eat. That is why they look young but it’s all illusions.Wait until they reach the 60 up..
@@so_she_said I agree. Why deny THE WISE WOMAN. We become the 'elders of the tribe' it's a privellege. Why the hell should we deny our journey?? It's just this current youth obsessed culture that has no regard for the wisdom of age.
Here are the secrets on how to look 18 when you are 48. 1. Make sure not to post any close up photos of your face 2. Use a lot of filters 3. Dress like a 12 year old 4. Be very skinny
Let me try to make a quick analysis : 1. Taiwan is well-known for plastic surgery and advances in anti-ageing. Even typical people on the streets are involved in some form of plastic surgery or procedures. Probably second to South Korea. 2. Based on her sister and mum, all three of them are probably endowed with a good face shape, if not, definitely enhanced with some cosmetic procedures as well as beauty apps. 3. Black coffee without sugar or milk (not sure how proven). Green tea twice a day... what's new? Most of these people featured in videos such as these always claim about coffee or green tea or some special diet or exercise blah blah... 4. On her Instagram, if you are smart enough, you will be able to tell how she would hide certain parts of her body that may show ageing. Look, we can do a lot for our faces but some areas of our body cannot be helped as there are not as many procedures that can be done to them. 5. I am the most envious of her thick long hair, really nice. But then I also know that many people thicken their hair up with hair extensions that cannot even be detected. 6. Keeping slim definitely makes one look younger so kudos to her for keeping such a slim figure. It could also be genetic and her religious exercises. Her double eyelids look very young, not surprising that upper eyelid surgery has been done. It is extremely simple and easy procedure if done by a reputable surgeon. Remember, Taiwan is really good in plastic surgery. All in all, she does really look younger than 48 here. I am just not convinced there is nothing cosmetically done. ;)
Please show me the medical records. Asians do tend to age a lot slower than other groups and a lot of them are obsessed with looking young at any cost as well. Anybody can look half their age by cosmetic procedures, eating well having easy stress free life. Yes she does look half her age, early twenties and shes quite pretty lady very pretty , but shes had surgery. Its obvious. I would like to see people who look young from diet, excercise and non invasive treatments. People who look good and are healthy and fit over 40. Who arent plastic surgery dependant. Showing you can age well you dont need to age past 30 years. Just because we question it and pay attention to detail dont mean we are jealous. I just wanted to know benefits of my beloved coffee. My coffee is my love💕💕💕💕💕
@@heartofpuregold, all the world was vegan before the Flood with the exception of a handrful of people. That is why they easily lived to be 895 to 969 years of age. Then, after the Deluge, when man began to eat meat, their lifespan immediately plummeted to 600 years of age, then to 400 to 200 to 100 to today's average of 7- to 90 years of age, compliments of eating dead animal carcasses.
Im 47 and usually estimated to be in my mid 20's people often think I'm my daughter's sister.😆 I don't exercise, eat a lot of chocolate and sweets, drink little water, don't eat fruits and vegetables, little meat. I know this is not healthy and of course I will change that. But I think it has to do with your genes if you have good genes you stay young longer.
First and foremost rule to stay young to just be happy and stay positive and either cut off negative ppl from life or just ignore and live you life to the fullest, that's how you age gracefully -(just take care of your gut health)
Something about sun exposure - of course it's not healthy to overdo it and suntan but very moderate exposure (like up to 10-20 minutes daily for ligher skin tones - or less, depending on how skin tolerates that) may be highly beneficial and protect from aging - although it might seem counterintuitive. There is evidence form research that even people who undergo treatment for melanoma do get benefits from light/moderate sun exposure - the recovey outcomes are better that in groups of patients who avoid any exposure
I would like to see her in first thing in the morning without makeup and no special lighting and closeup pictures. Aging is natural process, underneath our skin no one can stop aging. I am 60 and happy about my age. If I can go back to age I want, I probably go back to 40, that age I was comfortable with being me.
In Asia we often use beauty filters. If you look her IG you will not see much natural skin texture cuz all has light filter you can use photo or video or live, apps like Meitu. She is already young looking but a lot of Asians are, esp if they know how to take care and dress up and beauty filter apps bring to ethereal level. I know many Asians who never take normal photo, always with beauty filter apps and they are already young and beautiful. I have seen even old wrinkled hafu guy in Japan using it and its like night and day and looks so natural. In his case, I feel sorry woman who falls for it on online dating. He had few come to airport but they got stuck with him, he made them take drug that made you lose inhibition and they had lots of crazy s with them. What they don't know is he has like herpes and that can microscopic shed and infect. Girls please be careful! I cut him off as friend but I see his IG and new photos/videos and they look good with the filter.
Hater 😂😂😂 you could say the same thing about most 25 year old women! Most of us (at ANY age) don’t look amazing first thing in the morning. This woman looks incredible. No amount of makeup or filters can fake that level of youthfulness.
Genetics plays a big part, but taking care of yourself is key. I'm seeing people say not having children makes you look youthful, which is not always true. I'm someone who has kids & still looks younger than I am & it's because of my genetics.
Sugar is the big one. I've given up sugar (added sugar, I eat fruit)and you can literally see the difference in my skin. And it's only been a relatively short time since I gave up sugar but already there's a difference. I suspect that eating or drinking anything with sugar added to it, over the course of a lifetime, will age you greatly.
@@SK_30241 Keep trying, don't give up in your efforts to rid your life of added sugar. It's worth it trust me. My experience so far.......theres very little in the way of physical craving and any there is passes within a couple of days. For me it was the psychological craving that was the problem. We've all been hooked on sugary processed foods since we could walk so to no longer have this is no small thing. Sugar becomes a comfort, something to reach for when things get stressful or you suffer a disappointment or even when you celebrate. And when that's no longer an option to reach for....what I discovered was that it left a void or to be more accurate it covered up an emptiness. So when I couldn't reach for sugar that emptiness was exposed and this was the difficult part to deal with. I can't tell you how uncomfortable that emptiness was, there was literally nothing to reach for that I could get comfort from but in the end I realised that the only way to deal with the emptiness, the only way to get comfort was to stop looking for comfort outside myself. Over time I became more comfortable with the emptiness until it got to a point where it was no longer a difficult or scary thing to face into. And now I know I'm free from sugar for life because what I went through was the real issue and sugar just covered it up and now that I faced it I no longer reach for things outside of myself for comfort, I don't need a hit of anything, life itself is enough. I know this seems very deep for just sugar and maybe you won't have the experience I did but at the same time I now believe that most of the world are literally sugar junkies and if sugary foods were somehow unavailable overnight I think you would see the truth in how people respond.
@@eoinMB3949 thank you for sharing your experience, your sugar to seek external comfort was my alcohol to deal with stress and anxiety. I think both sugar and alcohol are ingrained into western society. It’s crazy how about 90 percent of products at the grocery store have some sort of added sugar or inflammatory oils (sunflower , canola, etc.) Even our “healthy” foods have something that is not good for our bodies and our minds because what we eat inherently affects how we feel too. The hard part about quitting sugar for me personally is finding food without it and missing the taste of it. That dopamine hit from eating baked goods is hard to pass up. That’s why sugar is addictive.
True true true 10000% It happened to me.... I a lot of sugar unknowingly after a traumatic event n seriously it is Insidious... You know the effect after 3 to 4 years it is a slow 🐌💀poison
Do another video after menopause hits you out of nowhere, and everything you thought you knew and were doing correctly, basically becomes obsolete.......
Okay let’s unbox this, due to her lifestyle she hasn’t aged (Her eyes have not aged) skin is repairable, the aging of the eyes is not. That alone is her secret, the aging is in the eyes NOT the skin, as we’re so led to believe. She has the eyes of a 25yr old. Protect your EYES from aging.
I'm 47 this year. I slept before 10pm and woke up at 5am, had 2 hours outdoor workout start from 6am from Monday to Friday regardless rainy day. I dint take any supplements and I applied 2 drops of coconut oil onto my face after face wash. I drank alot of warm water and avoid sweet beverage and I dislike desserts. This is how I slow down my aging. Most said I look like 30s not 40s.
My heart would literally DIE after one cup of black coffee in the morning on an empty stomach. Caffeine for me is like amphetamine, it makes my hands sweat, heart race uncontrollably and I just need to lay down to calm myself from all that. Most people are desensitized but caffeine is really a strong drug!
I had the same reaction with a very recommended green and black tea. Those also contain caffeine and I could feel my heart rate going faster and I also felt like my gut got used to it too much, since green tea and coffee are a bit of a laxative. Oh, and I also felt like it makes me weaker in a long run (which makes sense, since caffeine makes iron less absorbable). Ever since I stopped drinking green tea, my heart calmed down, I have much more energy, blood work came out great and my gut is working great. So no green tea for me. My dad had similar bad reactions to cacao/cocoa powder and alcohol (both are stimulants like coffee is) and stopped consuming those things. And also, I didn´t notice that my skin would be any better with green tea as opposed to without it. Genetics play a huge part in someone's look too. I know people who could simply not do anything shown in this video and they will still have a flawless skin and look young for their age.
If you've visited Asian countries like China, Japan and Korea or even other southeast Asian countries this is very common. It is also true that not all asians are the same. Genes is a big factor and daily routine, food or skincare and good sleep are only plus factors to maintain good skin and healthy life. I am asian too and I look half of my age. I'm not pretty like her but always mistakenly look as my daughter big sister. Just to add there is nothing wrong to get old but if you are blessed to look younger than your age just enjoy it just like her and Always be happy.
The other interesting thing to know would be if they're all married? Any of the sisters have kids? What kind of work do the others do unless they're all in fashion like their sister? Yeah, most people in the U.S. don't get 9 hours (maybe I need to move to Taiwan, so I can get some rest). I wonder how much rest people in mainland China and Hong Kong get?
I think possibly she look like a teenager with almost 50 years old because she didn't suffered so much. I mean I am sure if she had suffered cryed alot and lived intense emotions of inner pain alot of times she would have much more wrinkles with 50 years old and wouldn't look like a teenager. Yes crying full of pain make wrinkles.
Seeing her in real life would be very different from pictures/video clips in certain lighting, filters, photoshop etc. But in general, many people from the far east stay young longer due to their genes and their diet/life style. However, these photos are a bit different from her reality. In person she would look 10 to 15 years younger than her age as many other people do. This has become a trend to get views by showing something that grabs our attention and play with our naivety.
Yup she is young looking as many Asian women and she esp took good care of herself and knows how to dress up BUT looking at her IG you can tell there is beauty filter on everything, no real skin texture. Filters work on pics and vids and ones from China are insane!
It's called being 48, which is still actually quite young! These videos are featuring people younger and younger. It is remarkable to look young at 48.
I’m 48 and people tell me l look in my mid to late 30s married divorce and have 1 child l just look after myself and wouldn’t let myself go l take pride in me
if she is 48 it would be good to watch her without make up and clothes. If then she looks like 30 I would say that it is a miracle. But I do not think that even with medical treatment currently it is possible to become 20 years younger than someone is.
Sarah’s Abraham’s wife was 90 years old and she was so beautiful that Abraham lied that Sarah was his wife. She was so beautiful at that age even a king admired her and wanted to married her. She even gave birth to Isaac when she passed the age of bearing children. If u study the Bible carefully, you will notice the most beautiful old lady in the world is Sarah!
I worked in cosmetic business +10 yrs in Korea. All celeb and entertainers are putting tons of money on skin care and therapy and plastic surgery. What they are saying on skin care products advertising is almost false. They use products which prescripted for medical usage which can really boost your skin health etc. for example, Collagen, this is totally false advertising by Company. and, Some of Doctors are also saying that megadosing of Vitamin is also waste of money. But, all doctors agree that drink enough water, protect UV light from ur skin as much as you can and sleep enough would help your skin health
She doesn’t go drugs, is a happy person, sleeps the correct amount, moisturizes, maybe she uses Botox or dysport for prevention because she is in Taiwan which is very aware of anti-aging preservation.
