The video is well curated! With video it looks the property is a good deal to buy but with past few reviews about this society the quality of construction and maintenance issues have been a concern for it. How will this society be an investment for vision of say 5 years ? Do you expect a return of atleast 20% year on year in next 5 years for this society’s villas ?

The recent rise in property value at Paramount Golf Foreste has been significant so 20% year on year growth sounds little difficult. While future growth may not match that pace, there's still potential for a positive return on investment.

noida also seems tobe polluted now because of pollution coming from Delhi and other areas, all of North India has become hell to live. I was watching videos from south India, the air quality is so fresh and clear there

You're absolutely right. Air quality in Noida can definitely be a concern, especially with factors like pollution from neighboring areas. South India does tend to have better air quality in many places.
