I used to rebound every day and go to the sauna for an hour a couple of years ago,. I felt great. I basically thought it was the sauna that gave me the benefits guess it was both. I'm starting again as of today 😉

Thank you 🙏🏽. My (right)foot swells But I was just told by my cardiologist who was checking my veins and arteries for blockage that my (left)groin area.He says they’re very small and “I “ should keep an eye on it. I made appointment with my primary physician and will request she send me to specialist. I don’t eat cow chicken turkey nor pork. I think too much seafood is the culprit. I’ve decided to stop that now to and bounce 10min every morning. Drink ginger lemon burdock root stevia water every morning. 8 cups water every day fruit salad veggies beans quinoa brown rice. Lemon water before bed. Hoping this helps me 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Do you think it will?? Hope to hear from you.🥺 I was just

Is rebounding good for hip bursitis? I'm only young but have chronic burtisis and cant do any exercise without triggering the pain :(

Hi Kat, yes you will also receive many benefits from even a light health workout. Simply bouncing on the bellicon activates all muscles and cells in your body and is enough to get your lymph flow moving.
