Typically no our reflowed ones don't come back, however we do put them under a lot of stress testing, usually if the reflow didn't take / work properly we know in the first 24h of testing. If it works for at least 24h then it's good to ship back. We usually try to do 4h segments with a 30 minute cool down so we can get a few thermal cycles in and cold starts every time and a few hot starts.
